The general notion that a reduced price location for new goods and products has fallen a bit by the wayside, anyway. Don't mistake this for a flea market or a charity resale shop. This is antique shopping and it's by consignment. Dealers have their booths, but they are not present, like at a flea market. It's a small suite with plenty of displays that offer an endless array of nostalgia. You could spend hours looking at all the memories. We have. As you would expect the prices are quite high. If it's something you really love, you have a decision to make! Unfortunately, the shop keepers have a policy against contacting the vendors to haggle or negotiate a lower price. 07/25

Yes these labels were so that the 3 bags of rose petals I purchased at full retail price (no price discount or even free shipping for a $400 order) were left with truly disgusting labels still on. I opened a box with beads completely covered in white and yellow plastic shreds of old labels!! Who sells and sends to a customer labels that disintegrates even without being touched? I mean while you were packing it must have dawned on you that these bead labels looked bad (like really really bad - yellowing and peeling). So no I don't recommend this small bead shop - I have purchased from hundreds of Etsy Shops and bead shops across the US. And never ever have I encountered such a complete disregard for selling an item(s) that were covered in crap. It is old disgusting labels remove them for goodness sake's before you send to the customer who paid top dollar. No excuses! For full price beads go somewhere else. Lanabeads2, JasmineTeaDesigns and Ancient Moon on Etsy are so much better!

We were lookingn at some pieces in the glass and the prices were a bit pricey considering I have purchased a lot of the same crystals for half of the price. Some of the beads were pretty fair price if you are coming in for beads. I was just a little dissapointed with the price of the crystals. I have a pretty large collection of crystals so I am familiar with the pricing. However, I do realize that everything in the shops nearby can be a little pricey too especially because it is a very high tourist spot. I am assuming the rent for the shop is high so the prices reflect that. Overall, it is a nice store to look around and we were greated when we walked in.

Great store, selection, customer service…read more... We stopped in recently and I was mad about everything- the jewelry, handbags, clothing, accessories...info, I left empty-handed (this time, but definitely not the next shopping trip) because my husband wasn't interested in spending more money on Kate Spade stuff (hehe). At any rate, the service seemed great, the store layout was gorgeous and the stock was incredible. I loved everything. My husband mentioned in the car how I looked like the kid in a candy store in there! Very funny, mister. Anyway, they had really good sale prices and a nice little clearance section near the back by the register. They also were giving an additional 20% off coupon that day for all bags. Now that's a score!

First visit to this Kate Spade in October this year and wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff,…read morevery helpful too. There was more than one purse I was interested in, but settled on a big clear blue tote with an extra skinny pouch I could use for cash & probably ID. Right now I put coupons in it. My daughter talked me into getting it so I could keep extra stuff in this clear tote-things I always have a hard time leaving behind that don't fit in my smaller Kate Spade. I have tried now for a year to only carry a small crossbody purse, and it is really helpful when you have neck issues like I do....but....it's been hard! So this idea of carrying the smaller one inside the tote and pulling it out when I go inside shopping has been genius! I have everything organized in a blue purse organizer I had gotten on Amazon years ago. The one thing I did notice is at another store like this, they actually had the markdown prices listed so you didn't have to ask. Here, I felt bad I had to keep asking for the prices of the different ones I liked-I could've figured it out myself, but Kate Spade has a certain way of doing the discounts so I always want to make sure. Plus they can do it off the top of their head usually! When it gets to be holiday season, especially here at Birch Run outlet's, waiting on an attendant for a price over it being listed would try my patience especially if it's hot inside the store. That's why not 5 stars. No other reason!

The couple running the place have been there for over 40 years. Some of the stock has probably been there for nearly as long. There's a veneer of neglect about the place in the best way possible. It's (dis)organized into piles and boxes on top of their older inventory, and they can direct you to the newer piles, or to older piles where you might find some stray cache of a particular genre. Or just start digging. Some of the inventory is pretty overpriced - especially the Beatles and Stones and other classics. But a lot isn't - at all. They have an eclectic selection of newer releases, reggae, psychedelica, local music, electronica, and who knows what else. Prices on this lesser known stuff are often more than fair. The atmosphere is laid back - it's like hanging out in your grandparents' basement. Some of the people who come in have been coming in a LONG time. An older fellow came in looking to haggle for a record and was told off for an insulting offer, responding with a "I've been coming to this store since the day it opened." This is a true neighborhood record store and something you just won't find anywhere else in this era of discogs and ebay pricing. Just go and support these people. They really appreciate it.

This place is teeming with vintage wares, antiques and odd or unique memorabilia, but it's so unorganized, so full, it's hard to find anything if you're looking for something specific. They had a lot of fun and whimsical outdoor/farmhouse decor, vintage pyrex, antique dolls, old estate jewelry, and a lot of kitsch items. The prices on what I did see was on par with the area, but the lack of organization and messy layout was a bit of a distraction. I'm sure they had a whole lot more stuff I never even noticed or knew was there. It definitely is a cute antiques shop but I would definitely need a whole day to poke around a likely a few trips to the building to really get a feel for what they had and a better idea of what they are as far as being more geared to kitsch, memorabilia, decor, straight up antiques or all things vintage. One thing that stuck out to me- no one who worked here greeted me or my wife or gave us the time of the day. We were ignored entirely. I found that a little odd.
