The clinic management, however, is completely unacceptable. There was no hot water for two weeks, which meant no hot towels something that is a bare minimum expectation for any massage clinic. Operating like this shows a serious lack of accountability and basic standards. It's frustrating to see a skilled therapist working in an environment that's so poorly managed. Clients are paying for a professional experience, and the clinic is failing to deliver on even the most basic level. Management needs to get it together. After posting this review, I received an email from management that was extremely aggressive and rude.
