I stopped by on the way back to BA, introduced myself to the owner Brandi Hines-Lee. I showed her the art that I had displayed in Pawnee. Several of my panels are now on display in her shop! Thank You! I was excited to see her shop had a good supply of glass, tools and accessories! Another successful stained-glass shop in Tulsa area is needed. If you are into stained glass, you know the frustrating circumstances affecting availability of glass and cost of supplies. I got a quick tour of the shop, her art, and class room facilities, which left me with a very positive impression of Brandi and her passion. She is a very talented, energetic artist, wanting to share her skill and grow the art. We went to Main Event specifically to bowl and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience…read more We paid $75 for 90 minutes of bowling, so we expected to actually be able to use most of that time. Instead, our lane had so many technical issues that technicians had to come out FOUR separate times. We spent what felt like almost as much time waiting for the lane to be fixed as we did actually bowling. The pins and sweeper repeatedly got stuck, and there was a 4-6 minute delay between players on almost every turn. With only 90 minutes of bowling time, that downtime really added up and significantly impacted our experience. I do want to mention that the food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, we simply can't justify spending $75 for a 90-minute bowling experience when so much of that time was lost because of equipment issues. Hopefully the bowling equipment can be addressed, because otherwise it really takes away from what should be a fun experience.
