He also states the company has 50 years of combined construction experience. Garrett W. Odlin is in his middle 20's, and he has no employees. If you risk him have a signed rock-solid performance contract to include materials lists, performance stds/schedules to include penalties if not performed as per the contract/schedule. Do not pay him any $ until he personally shows up on the jobsite with the agreed to materials to begin the project.
