I`m sorry to mirror exactly the sentiments of the previous two reviews (though it`s not specifically a problem with the Pembina location. I actually have no issue with the service that I`ve received in the past from either this or the Sargent location. Service in that respect would be a 4 or 5) Driver claims to have come and reported that I wasn`t home, which was bullcrap. Never called me, nor left any notice like one would normally expect, with the customer stuck with tracking via the number left Amazon order-wise. After my email request, they supposedly attempted delivery again a few days later, only for me to find via tracking-wise again ``Address correction required - incomplete/incorrect address provided``. Orz... UPS and DHL never give me this much of a hassle. This exact situation has happened another time in the past as well. read more

I never write reviews unless I am very satisfied or wholly disappointed. This time, it is surely the latter. Purolator will not deliver your package. Several times, they have claimed that I have been inaccessible despite me never being contacted as well as being at home in wait for my package. The drivers rarely bother to even try to deliver it, it is like they do not want to do their jobs. At this point, it is not a coincidence, it is a pattern. It has been several occasions of this poor service. Customer service is a waste of time; they will essentially tell you to fix it yourself. They will not re-deliver either, just send you on a wild goose chase like some kind of bizarre punishment for even bothering to use their services. If I had any choice in the matter, I would never use their services again. Unfortunately, they are partnered with my phone provider so more horrible customer service seems to be in my future! If you have a choice, avoid this company. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with Purolator in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. This is the second time I've requested a parcel be held for pickup in Winnipeg, and the second time Purolator's own instructions were ignored and the parcel was dropped off on my property. This time I happened to be home and talked with the delivery person. He works for a local third party delivery service that Purolator tenders overflow parcels to; they show up every morning to a bin of parcels, where he found mine. Whomever is receiving/sorting parcels at Purolator's local depot either needs to be retrained or let go. This is ridiculous. read more

Parcel is at Pembina Purolator, but it's closed both days of the weekend. Huh? It has long hours on weekdays, ok but it's a long ways to go and traffic there is atrocious (I'll go after work). It's not the one closest to my house, actually there are a few locations that would be better for me. I'm sure they have routes and whatnot but, purely from my perspective, they haven't tried to make it easy. Canada Post at least brings it to the closest Post Office, and there are way more of them. That makes all the difference -- I don't look forward to using Purolator and would for sure avoid it when I can. read more

Atrocious. Took a week with my parcel in town to "attempt" delivery. I was in the livingroom at the time - no bell, just the classic leave note and run. In writing and on their website I was informed I could pickup parcel 4 days later. I went down (16 km round trip) to pickup. "I don't know where it is". I cant find it. Must be at Sargeant location". Called later that afternoon. "It's here come and get it. Another 16 km. Arrived and "We can't find it". They then asked me to go in the back and look for a package I have never seen. Utterly inappropriate. Then they said "it must be somewhere else". Got a call later in the day. "We found it under some stuff - it was here all along." Then they offered to deliver it the next day - guarrenteed. Next day - no delivery Day after - no delivery. Website says its back at the "sorting centre"... This is an incompetent and dishonest organization. I will no longer do any business with companies employing this organization and informed multiple vendors. read more

I encounter the same problem. Never show up but finally find out "Address correction required" status. Call the centre and then I was asked to pick up the parcel at 2077 Pembina Highway. This is the service. They don't care about the customers. read more

Purolator is horrible! They tell you they "attempted" to drop off a package....but in actuality they have not. They are too lazy to deliver so they leave a message for you to pick up. The person that left me a message spoke little English and the message was very difficult to understand. Going forward I will specify NOT to deliver via Purolator! read more

Ridiculous Service I was expecting delivery of my Amazon order. They never showed up in the building I live in. Never called me. No notice left or some sort of a card, nothing at all. However, I received an email in the morning that they couldn't find me so I should reschedule the delivery. Which is a lie. At 5.30 PM They called me and just hanged up. Left a message saing that I should pick up my order by myself. Unbelievable!!! What an ugly service! read more

Their driver claims he tried to deliver the package when both me and my roommate where home. He did not leave any cards or shipping information. I received a call the next day saying that the driver would call back to reschedule. 3 days after, still no call so I decided to call the main office. They said they would try again in 4 days (Monday being a national holiday). The guy one the phone was extremely unpleasant and clearly did not care one bit. read more
