They didn't allow my children to be seen, despite my telling them they were having breathing problems. They told me to take them to an urgent care. Maybe we would be better off. Talked to Dr. Doggett about it, and he told me they have had a lot of turnover and these people don't know what they're doing yet. He said they "will be good." If that's so, they shouldn't be allowed to stand between my children and their healthcare. They probably should not be involved in ANYONE's health care. Someone suggest a new pediatrician, please!!!

Our appointment was at 9am and we were walking out by 945am. From our registration to final instructions from Dr. Harley the appointment was smooth, informative and best in class service. Everyone we came in contact with welcomed us as new patients and expressed genuine appreciation that we'd chosen their office. Dr. Harley is exceptional. She came in shook our hands and introduced herself. I appreciated how she brought our son (who's 14) into the conversation and valued his thoughts on his visit. That really meant a lot. She explained everything in a way that we both could understand. Even though the office is about a 30 minutes drive for us, it was worth it! Looks like we've found a new pediatrician!
