Scheduling was flexible and accommodating, and Brian arrived exactly on time. His equipment was clean, organized, and well-contained throughout the job. He was also willing to add a few extra items for cleaning at a very reasonable adjustment to the original quote. The pricing was fair and competitive for everything we wanted cleaned, and the time spent on the job was exactly what we expected. Most importantly, Brian was extremely professional. One of our older window shades unfortunately disintegrated during the cleaning process due to its age. Brian was very apologetic, handled the situation professionally, and did not charge us for that item.
