Don't every by a car from these Muppet's. I bought 2 Disco's for a touch under $250k. The sale from end to end under 24hrs. So easy for them to take my $$. What a mistake. The after sales service is atrocious. Failed repair after repair. Removed entire roof lining to fix faulty sun shade only to miss the second shade. Fault still exists. When i called to let them know (3 x) no one ever called me back. (its a major Job to remove roof lining). Could not work out basic electrical module faults affecting windows and mirrors without coaching and where to look from me, the customer. Failed repair with water leaking into the car. Now they refuse to repair the failed warranty repair with water ingress (and its raining and causing damage to the roof lining and electrical system) The service manager (Jason) told me its not covered under the warranty even though they repaired it under warranty last time about 2 months ago. How is a $125k car with a water leak from the roof not covered under warranty when there is still a year to run?? When i got upset with Jason (the service manager) he told me to find another dealer. They are not interested in servicing my 2 Discovery's and don't want to sell me any more. Then told me to piss off !! Nice work Purnell. Lets see what Land Rover Australia says about this.
