I had two dental implants placed last August, but they fell out within days. I reached out to the office immediately, only to be informed that the doctor was on vacation in Italy and that I would have to wait until his return. When I requested to see another doctor, I was told I would have to wait two weeks for the original doctor to come back. Despite making several requests to be seen sooner, I was repeatedly told that I had to wait. During this two-week period, I suffered without care, and it felt like my well-being didn't matter to them. I endured over two weeks of discomfort, including bleeding and aching gums. Eventually, after escalating my concerns to their parent company, 42 North Dental, I received a refund four months later.

My son literally loves going to the dentist and can't wait to have his teeth cleaned, see the equipment, and receive his little gifts at the end from the treasure box as well as a new toothbrush, etc. The staff are friendly and polite and good about reminding you about upcoming visits. So, this isn't necessarily a review for the Dentist himself, more for the practice. And the…read morepractice consists of Vandlik and Krasnow. After moving into the area my Husband and I stumbled on this practice and we actually really liked it. Mind you, I HATE the dentist and anything having to do with them. Going every 6 months makes me want to hang myself. Also, I have no cavities or any other issue with my teeth so it's not like I hold a grudge. The people are very nice and we receive emails, texts and phone calls to remind us of our appointments. The waiting room and exam rooms are very clean and well lit, sometimes chilly, but our appointments are usually 7:30am so it's expected a little. They have a "live" camera that allows them to snap pictures of your mouth and it gets displayed on the monitor on front of you so you know exactly what is going on in your mouth and the can switch to previous xrays to see if anything has changed. Before your leave, your hygienist makes your next appointment also right on that screen and you are assigned the same person each time. She also schedules my husbands appointment even while he's in the room next door. Coming from a small town with no updated technology, I just found all of this fascinating (and I am in my 20's)! The only down side is in the last 4 years, I think we have only met our dentist once. I wouldn't know him if I ran into him and the last few times we have a young girl filling in as the dentist. So it is quite strange...not sure where the two Dentist's are, but the place itself is fab....for a dentist office.

And He wanted to know my health history and what my plans were and he explained every single thing to me. Unfortunately I was not approved for the financing but I am working on my credit and plan on going back. I love the place and love the lady Fran who Helped assist me with the application. The other gentleman was also great at the desk. i wish I remembered his name . But anyways this is by far somewhere I am going back to for sure . They are down to earth and really nice !!!
