I've been there a few times and it was amazing. Today, I wanted a deep cleaning facial. As before, and on my profile. Lady was nice but not a customer service representative. Immediately tried to sell me another facial and a service. Facial was horrible! No hot towels, no mask, no eye pads, Turned bright light on, nooooo protection, said because my extractions were too close to my eye. Didn't do extractions properly. Then, I said what about a mask. She said the scrub is also a mask?!!! No it's not! Then after over saturation, she put sun block with tint on. Burned! Went home and washed off everything. Need to find a good facial!!!! Called owner, no response. My skin is WORSE than before arrival. I never leave bad reviews. This was terrible! I want either a facial or my money back.$125. read more

My favorite med spa in Pinellas county. Their injectors are always top notch and have an art for injecting. The rest of the staff are amazing too. As soon as you walk in, you can see how much care the owner takes to maintain this beautiful spa and it shows. They have wonderful specials from time to time and really good pricing on Botox and fillers. Definitely worth checking out. The hydrafacial is by far my favorite. read more

After going to several different places and people, I am SO glad I found Whitnie! She did the perfect botox on me and I had no strange side effects or wrong injections like I have had with other people. I drive over 70 miles one way to go here. This is an awful business place. Dr Fitzgerald is an arrogant, rude and nasty person. My mother a 75 year old woman got fillers by Sandra. Nice lady but she has no idea what she is doing, she made my mother spent over $1600 for fillers under her eyes, she left her with uneven sides, bumps on the side of her face, she tried to corrected but made it worst, finally her response was my mother needed to by happy with the results because her age. I think what upset them the most is when I asked about Donna Gonzales she was a great injector, unfortunately they told me things about this lady that I didn't need to know. After trying for over 2 weeks to get this matther resolve, we finally decided to go to Purelife to get our money back. Elif refused to speak with us, but Dr Fitz told us won't be getting any refund because we got to many discounts already ??? and asked us to leave or he will call the cops. I did my first HydraFacial with Lauren yesterday. I feel like a new person, my skin is clean & glowing, I got rid of my dark spots and all the dirt. I need to do this every month. I also started using Revision products which PureLife staff recommended and I felt the difference from the first few days. 100% impressed!! I came here for a coolsculpt consult a week ago and was blown away. First, the place is super clean and decor is chic and welcoming. Met with Elizabeth for my consult and she made me feel comfortable and her knowledge was on point! I booked my treatment that day, no question about it. Today was my treatment appointment and she continued to impress me, very friendly and easy to talk to, answered all of my questions. I had previously gone to another provider for CS and it was not nearly the same experience, unfortunately. The bedside manner at the other place was awful, pricing was significantly higher too. I am so glad I found Purelife!! I am super excited to see my 60 and 90 days results and before/after photos. I am confident I will be thrilled. I've tried a few places locally, other medispa's and a few plastic surgeon offices, I'm picky. Pure Life has surpassed every expectation! My favorite is Whitnie Padron, she is the most amazing injector! I go in and tell her I need a little facelift, or I'm feeling like my cheeks are melting away and before I can blink I'm in my way with the perfect tweak. The best spa I've ever gone to, from the the kindest, knowledgeable, and reassuring staff. I went to an event to learn about ThermiVa and ThermiSmooth. I was extremely interested in the ThermiSmooth for my sagging, tired eyes, I had ThermiSmooth done the same day. One treatment of ThermiSmooth I looked 15 years younger. I went home and my family noticed right away that I looked refreshed and younger. My daughter said "Mom you look beautiful and younger, what did you do ?". Very pricey! Nice people, but trying to talk you into even more costly treatments. Several treatments didn't work.

I have been to Purelife Medispa on several different occasions, for a few different treatments. The Spa is super clean and welcoming. They are following Covid 19 guidelines. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had cool sculpting done with Elizabeth. Elizabeth is awesome, answered all of my questions in a friendly knowledgeable manner. I look forward to seeing my results, I will be returning for more treatments.I would highly recommend this spa. read more

I felt very rushed here. Went for a special diet and didn't feel very welcoming. I hate to post bad reviews but the whole scenario was odd. Went next door to their partner family practitioner for blood work for the diet where they see children and families... and every room in there was a television promoting Purelife Medispa lipo procedures... a video making all feel insecure at a family practice with children.... I was mind boggled by that. Start em early huh? I was repulsed honestly. I hate making bad reviews online, but this was the oddest experience I've ever had. read more

I had scheduled a botox consultation with the doctor. When I arrived for my appointment, a woman named Donna took me back to a room. I had no idea she would be the one doing my botox until half way through. No one told me upfront the doctor doesn't even practice at his location until after my consult. That would have been incredibly helpful knowing this when I originally made an appointment to see the doctor. Such a waste of time. Not to mention, Donna went on and on and on about Dysport, yet she couldn't keep the facts straight about how Dysport works...she kept telling me botox spreads over a larger area. What a joke. I am not some idiot off the street. I have done my own research about ALL the injectibles and I work in the medical field. I don't know what's worse: Having to sit through 30 minutes of Donna getting her medical facts wrong and pushing Dysport and facial combos or actually letting her inject anything into your body. The front desk staff member was incredibly nice. Other than that, this place is a complete joke. A med spa without a doctor taking appointments should be everyone's red flag!! read more

So disappointing! I've been a regular botox and juvaderm user at Radiance Med Spa for several years. Tried Purelife Medispa on a girlfriends recommendation. Assumed I was getting my usual Botox injections, and after 3 days I got heavy droppy eyelids and sagging eyebrows. I came to find out that I was not receiving botox injections, but Dysport injections. Which Dysport is known to spread beyond the injection area and cause heavy, droppy eyelids. My injector, Donna, did not inform me they were not with Allergan (Botox). I look worse now than I did before my procedure and regret trying a new spa. And feel very deceived that a proper consultation wasn't done to inform me of what product was being used and the potential side effects. read more

I've been getting injectables for around 12 years and have tried 10 different injectors and Donna by far is the best Dysport and filler injector I've ever had. She is very meticulous, patient and attentive. She always takes such good care of me! I highly recommend! read more

Been to the spa for appx 2 years, but twice had horrible experiences. The first was 2nd and 3rd degree burns around my eyes and upper lip, my entire face was huge, painful. Took 4 months to recover. Next visit went ok, I thought accidents happen, so I had injections of Radieus, Juviderm and botox, then was asked to do a demo for the micro needling 2 weeks after. That treatment moved the botox and my eyes drooped, my upper lip would not move and i am having a hard time speaking clearly. I went back, and the Dr.(husband of the owner) said "i think she's had a stroke", Donna said, No, she has not, so they gave me a steriod shot and pills to reduce the swelling...it has been 3 months and I have asked for the $3000.00 + dollars back that I paid, but nothing has been done. I have lost faith in the company and would be more than happy to send pictures to anyone who would like them. They also asked me to say the the burns that happened, which they have pictures of were done at a different spa....I will soon begin a posting process and take out an ad in tampa bay magazine if my money and even up to $5000.00 is not returned for all the pain and discomfort I am continuing to endure. read more
