Since it's so big I have NEVER had an experience where my work out was slowed due to availability. I thoroughly enjoy chatting with the staff and I see the efforts they make to keep the gym as neat as possible. It is disappointing to see all the negative reviews but if you can read between the lines, machines being broken, weights all over the gym, that's all member caused issues. What I do see is staff addressing things as fast as possible. If a machine is out of service for a odd length of time just ask the staff for an update and they'll gladly let you know what the delay is. This gym is like my second home, the staff and many members are like family. I highly recommend this location!

Extremely important to me because I am in healthcare. But the #1 thing about this place are their workers. Super friendly, helpful and caring. I spoke to one of their trainer's, winter.
