None of the employees seemed irritated or rushed with anybody in the store, despite the approaching closing time (I know this can often be a grievance for employees). In other states Cosmoprof has a very big name and there's a reason why they have everything you need. There are a lot of times people in this business are too young to be working there and don't have great customer service but as far as what you need to run your business properly, they usually have everything and more and hardly ever run out of stock to my knowledge. I got here at the right time because they were preparing for their annual Christmas parade at the time of my visit. The parking lot is very tight and small and most parking spaces in this lot are reserved for their customers only. So if the parking lot is full, it's suggested that you park in the parking lot surrounded by other businesses or on the residential streets, if possible. All their products are made on site, which is great for the environment. Although it was a little overwhelming smelling each scent available at the exact same time (mostly from the soap bars), it was still worth paying a visit here. There were a lot of products to choose from and it was hard to figure out what I wanted to get for my family. I picked up a sweater weather scented hand and body lotion and a vanilla cream scented soap bar for my mom. Sweater weather is one of my favorite scents out there and I want to share it with her. I also picked up a scented wax candle as one of my secret Santa gifts. I also considered getting some shower steamers for myself, but I didn't want to go too overboard. The lady working there was super nice. They offer military, teacher, and I believe first responder discounts, in which she asked me if I was any of those three. Unfortunately, I am not, but offering discounts like these is always a great deal.
