My husband and I were looking for an affordable hotel with good access to the metro system and Prague sites. Pure White fit all of these criteria and I'm glad we went with it!
Pure White is located in Prague 2, which is just outside the Old Town area. The location is a 5 min walk from the nearest tram and about a 15-20 min walk from the main Prague train station. Pure White offers a shuttle service to and from the train, but we had packed light and were fine walking. The location is about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town Square area.
The hotel is on the boutique side of the spectrum and we liked the location as it is on a quiet street, but has easy access to things to do. All of the staff we encountered spoke English very well and were very accommodating.
Our room was spacious and very clean with modern furnishings. One note -- some of the rooms have clear glass showers right in the room which could get awkward if traveling with friends! So make sure to request a room without a clear shower if needed.
Our reservation did not include breakfast, but there is an option to include it when you book. If it is not included in your reservation, then breakfast costs €7 if you tell the receptionist the night before, and €10 if you show up day-of. We had the breakfast one day and it was okay. There are good cafes in the area that have coffee/pastries/yogurt if you want a cheaper alternative.
Overall, we had a great experience at Pure White, especially for the price! Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Prague. read more
