They have helped diagnose symptomatic tonsil/adenoid problems for 2 of our kids, made room for adult teeth in our son's mouth with an expander, guided a permanent tooth down that was growing the wrong way in the roof of our daughter's mouth (sparing her from needing an implant), filled some cavities, and fixed some sensitivity issues with receding gums. What an excellent and skilled dentist!! All of our kids look forward to going to Dr. Davis' office to have their check-ups and cleanings. Throughout all of our care, Dr. Davis and his staff have been very knowledgeable, competent, trustworthy, and kind. When making decisions, Dr. Davis was never pushy but instead let us know all our options and what he would do for his own children. I admit my standards are high but this past Thursday my expectations were surpassed by Dr. Davis and his staff. If I could give 10 stars I would. I called at 5:00pm and explained that my toddler had an impacted molar and was causing her pain. I asked if there was any way they could squeeze her in the next day due to insurance issues. I was put on a brief hold and when the receptionist came back, she said Dr. Davis said we could come in right then so she wouldn't be in pain over night. Wow! I have worked in multiple offices all over the country and let me tell you, not many providers would do this! When we arrived the front office staff greeted us warmly and the playhouse in the waiting room was an instant hit with my daughter. The wait was minimal; 10 minutes at most. Once in the exam room, the dental hygienists & Dr. Davis were GREAT with my daughter who did not want to open her mouth. They demonstrated patience with her, which I was extremely grateful for. My daughter's tooth ended up not being impacted. I was relieved but oh my, did I feel silly! The staff were extremely kind and said there was no reason to be embarrassed. We will definitely be returning to Dr. Davis' office.

When I emailed them , I was not given a reply why I was told that service was free when it was not. When these liars can lie for $38 dollars, imagine what they can do for few hundred dollars. I repeatedly called the dental office to plead with them to submit the claim since the insurance company said they had never received one, was told 4 times they would get right on it and call me back, no call back. Would wait another couple weeks and call them again, same result. As of this writing I still have nothing. Last summer, I needed a visit, called the office several times, answering machine said to leave a message and they would get right back with me. I left several over the course of several days, it took them over a week to get back with me, darn good thing it wasn't an emergency. I also tried emailing as their website suggested when I couldn't get through on the phone, and it took about 2 weeks for me to receive an email from them. They go out of their way to get you in as a patient, but once you're there, the helpfulness stops cold. My advice, steer clear of this office and find another dentist.

Well this last time I went, I explained to my hygienist how my teeth are sensitive, I have TMJ, I've been getting my teeth worked on since 2nd and how anxious the whole experience makes me. At times her hands were covering my face...horrible. Pulled my bottom lip down and was aggressively scraping my teeth. Then I would ask for the suction and at one point she pushes my hand out of the way and says ..I got it! Then to top it off I had to go to the doctor a few days later due to horrible ear pain thanks to the teeth cleaning I had. I will never go back and I do NOT recommend them.
