Well this last time I went, I explained to my hygienist how my teeth are sensitive, I have TMJ, I've been getting my teeth worked on since 2nd and how anxious the whole experience makes me. I am NOT one to write reviews unless it's bad and this visit was horrible. She basically said my fillings need done, even tho I explained financially I couldn't do it, she said do it in increments. At times her hands were covering my face...horrible. Pulled my bottom lip down and was aggressively scraping my teeth. Then I would ask for the suction and at one point she pushes my hand out of the way and says ..I got it! Then to top it off I had to go to the doctor a few days later due to horrible ear pain thanks to the teeth cleaning I had. I will never go back and I do NOT recommend them.

I went to this dentist about 5 years ago because my teeth were rotten and painful. This office…read morerefused to remove them at that point in time because THEY wanted to save my teeth even though I wanted them taken out. So I waited about 3 more years and went back to see them when I noticed my teeth were visibly moving. They still wanted to try and save my teeth even though my teeth were loose enough for everyone to see they were starting to come out. Finally, I got them to agree to remove my bottom set of teeth first and (not yet) take my top teeth out after I get my bottom dentures. So I had my bottom teeth out about 4 months ago. It took over 6 weeks before I was no longer in excruciating pain. But I was still in quite a bit of pain though. After the 8 week period, I started having over 30 bone fragments coming out of my gums. The first couple of them, I saw the same dentist, dr anu to have her take them out as they were painful. She assured me I would not be in any pain and then proceeded to stick my gums with needles in about 6 different places and wiggled the needles around while I had tears streaming down my face because it hurt so badly. She knew I was crying and kept on moving the needles in my gums. Now I'm terrified to see her again. So far I've had 30 pieces of bone come out of my gums already. They do not come out right away either. They take weeks to come out and I can't eat because my gums hurt so much. I still have at least 8 more bone fragments sticking in my gums and I can't get them out. I hate this dentist and every time I see her, I leave her office in tears. She's a total butcher!

I admit my standards are high but this past Thursday my expectations were surpassed by Dr. Davis and his staff. If I could give 10 stars I would. I called at 5:00pm and explained that my toddler had an impacted molar and was causing her pain. I asked if there was any way they could squeeze her in the next day due to insurance issues. I was put on a brief hold and when the receptionist came back, she said Dr. Davis said we could come in right then so she wouldn't be in pain over night. Wow! I have worked in multiple offices all over the country and let me tell you, not many providers would do this! When we arrived the front office staff greeted us warmly and the playhouse in the waiting room was an instant hit with my daughter. The wait was minimal; 10 minutes at most. Once in the exam room, the dental hygienists & Dr. Davis were GREAT with my daughter who did not want to open her mouth. They demonstrated patience with her, which I was extremely grateful for. My daughter's tooth ended up not being impacted. I was relieved but oh my, did I feel silly! The staff were extremely kind and said there was no reason to be embarrassed. We will definitely be returning to Dr. Davis' office.
