I left Hair Club for Men after 3 years as they were much more expensive; and their stylists did not seem to have the needed skillsets many times. Their supplemental hair systems did not last as long as Shear Pointe's, and were 35% more expensive. Rodney the sales manager has been super in helping me pick the closest hair color to my own; and Sandra my stylist has superior styling and integrating skills over all of the beauticians I've ever used. He has seen and done it all and he is absolutely amazing. I have also seen Dr. Borkin quite a few times and he caught my second melanoma thanks to routine skin checks. I never wait long to be seen. I can make an appointment for the very next week. Other derm offices make you wait weeks or months. Staff is friendly. Parking is always plentiful. A plus is that if you want cosmetic work as well, it is right across the hall from their medical office. I spent $300 on getting the hair and having her put it in. I ended up having an allergic reaction to the metal which held the hair in. It was torture because it hurt so bad. I ended up taking the hair out myself. She never once apologized or even offered to give any of my money back. So basically with tip I spent almost $400 to have hair that lasted me about a week. Never again. Worst customer service especially since I know her personally. Be careful using this service and definitely don't use it I'd you have a metal allergy. Don't waste $400 like I did.
