Annually they look at your portfolio, check performance and suggest ways to improve it. Perhaps renovation to attract higher rents, perhaps a property simply needs to go. All this from experts take the stress from the owner. Project managers like Alex make sure once a repair starts it get finished and to his standard. I have had some lousy management in the past. Auben is a nice change.

We're PCSing which is already…read morestressful enough, but originally put the move out date for 8/14/26 and I was courteous to do it over 2 months in advance. Due to not having the official orders yet obviously we would have to adjust the date, but I was trying to give appropriate notice. The property manager marks 7/14/26 and then on the 17th of July I start getting a bunch of messages about me not moving out yet! We resolve the issue but obviously half a day is lost to the stress of that! Then, because they prorated that month I said hey we still owe some and are happy to pay the amount. We have an autopay set up on the 1st and 2nd to not miss payments. Their next administrative error is them not putting a balance on the ledger, so nothing ever charged, but get this we got a final notice today with possibility of eviction. We never even got a first. Got put on hold for the property manager for 40 minutes and she thinks that after all this me just settling the balance will do the trick. Because when I screw up a customers account twice I just tell them I don't think I need to do anything in good faith. We'll see if the manager calls me, I would be happy to revise this review, but I doubt any of this will be made right. I will probably pay the full balance this Friday and then somehow they will need my entire security deposit! I loved the home, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially military families the stress they cause is atrocious!

Through my business with them I have found them to be dishonest and very manipulative. I say this because they tried to increase my rent outside of the terms that's listed in my lease. When I tried to convey that to them they were very disrespectful. They even tried to scare me into thinking they could evict me if I didn't pay the difference. Luckily I hired an attorney to look over my lease. My attorney sent them a letter through certified mail and they denied receiving it. However, my attorney is efficient and provided me with the documentation. So of course they had to comply with what is legally binding. They then tried to charge me a late fee and an underpayment charge for the previous month. For almost 3 years I'd never been late. I was late this time because that had the illegal amount listed in the tenant portal and you can't pay anything other than what's listed. My attorney told me to only pay what's legally binding. So I got a check and sent it certified mail. Two of the three delivery attempts were unsuccessful bc 1. They didn't provide entry 2. There wasn't anyone who could supposedly sign for it. Because of their underhanded practices I had to protect myself and send it certified. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest, and very manipulative. READ AND KNOW YOUR LEASE!!!! Document your own service calls with dates, times, and anything else you deem important. Please also check their Google reviews.

You have a question about your rental agreement? Be prepared to read a very confusing contract constantly contradicting itself. You want to see your security deposit returned? Fat chance, they're going to trump up a hundred reasons not to give you the money and then try and charge you more than two months rent to leave. I've rented for nearly a decade now and have never been anything short of a great tenant or had any issues with an apartment management company. This is a place of rental nightmare. If you want to rent from them you may as well prepare to donate a grand to their company and go to school to learn to repair issues with the apartment yourself.
