I've been here a few times. I started with a Groupon and loved my stylist. She is no longer there but I met a new stylist Deanna. She was fabulous. I was changing my long straight center part for bangs and a little chunkier /shag on top. I loved that Deanna seemed to really take her time, and was very careful and concentrated. She was friendly but seemed more concerned with what she was doing than chatting which I appreciated. I'm not the type to be really chatty anyways so it was relaxing not to have to force conversation. Since it was a new style for me, I wasn't sure what I thought of it as she worked through it. At the end, she didn't hesitate to get a second opinion from the other stylists and they all worked together to make sure I was happy. To be honest, I wasn't thrilled when I left, but I have gotten SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on my hair over the past few days. My husband liked it too so that meant a lot to me. As I've gotten used to the style, I've come to appreciate the job she did and how it seems to look good no matter what I do with it. Kudos and thanks to Deanna! read more

I've been coming here for approximately 3 years now for their exceptional Brazilian blow outs. Both Megan and Deanna are lovely and do great work, and though I've never worked with Mary before, she has always been warm and friendly to me in the salon. I drive about 45 minutes to come here because their blowouts are worth it, and as I mentioned, the stylists are very kind, honest, and do great work. read more

Like Deb said, I was looking for a new stylist closer to my house. I purchased a Groupon based on the rave reviews. My stylist was Rachel. She did such a great job! I'm still getting compliments 6 weeks later! She was able to seamlessly match my grays to the rest of my hair color. She understood exactly how I wanted my bangs. When she first cut them, I wasn't sure I liked them because it was a new style for me. Rachel said I could come back the next day if I decided I didn't like them and she would work on them more free of charge. She definitely wanted me to be happy. Do not go here! Terrible customer experience and will never recommend this dirty salon and unprofessional staff to anyone. I drove over an hour in rush hour traffic only to be shocked by the way I was treated. First, Meagan calls me 2 minutes before my appointment time to tell me that due to the heavy rain and storm, she suggests that I reschedule since she MIGHT have no power later. I tell her that I'm 1 MILE away and have been driving for more than 50 mins in that same heavy rain. I said I would take my chances should the power goes out in the middle of the treatment. (She just seemed like she didn't want to work that day. She was trying to convince me to reschedule). I arrive and she's doing someone's hair style and giving them a haircut. I was sitting there for 1/2 an hour without any explanation nor apology. I finally get my hair washed and as I sit in the F*%&ing chair, Megan proceeds to say that she will charge me AT LEAST $45 dollars more for the Brazilian Blowout. Mind you my hair is thin and I had it done by her a couple of years prior under the same deal and rules. This was unbelievably rude and she was just trying to get more money out of ppl. I offered to pay $25 just to meet her halfway but she refused. She claimed that a treatment like that usually cost $350! Is she out of her fu*%ing mind? Not even a 5-star Salon in Birmingham charges $350 for a Brazilian Blowout. This piece of shit, dirty, little salon expects $350 for a Groupon deal that's offered under $100? Are you high? She takes her phone and calls her boss privately. She comes back and hands over the phone. Her boss says, "Oh, the prices have gone up." Scammers at best. I left with wet hair. I drove over 34 miles each way for this horrendous experience. Shame on you! You have no class nor respect for clients. I would never go back even if you offered your service at no charge. I started as a Groupon client in Nov. 2018 -- they have a killer Brazilian Blowout deal. Unlike many salons, they treat their Groupon clients like VIPs. I had no problem scheduling and my stylist, Rachel, is a master. I had a cut, partial hi-lights, the Brazilian Blowout treatment, and a style on my first visit. Rachel took her time with me and gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had. She's friendly and skilled. The salon uses the name brand original (authentic) Brazilian Blowout and products, which makes a difference. I got compliments on my hair for months after. I just went back for my first full-price service at the salon with Rachel and couldn't be happier. She's easy to schedule with and she's FAST! No pressure to buy products. Just great service, great hair and free cappuccino. I will continue to drive an hour round trip to come here. read more

I will never use this salon. Some of the stylists are shady and catty. Cut too much off my hair and last time burned a lot of my hair off.

Do not go here! I paid 240 (extra charge for long hair) for a Brazillian blowout two washes later the same frizz! When called asking to rectify the situation the ditz on the phone said I'll get a call back and I never did! Usually I don't judge quality of service by the appearance of a salon, but this time the shitty salon decor and set up is a clear indicator of shitty service. Do not go here!!! read more

Was looking for a new stylist.. bought a groupon for my daughter.. Rachel gave her a bayalage/ ombre on her light brown hair.. she took her time.. listened to what we wanted.. and I've never seen a stylist take so much time and effort to give her exactly what she wanted.. my daughter's hair is gorgeous! Had a bad experience with stylist- Rachel. I got a haircut and discussed hair color and made second appt for that. When I got there she stated she was going to mix up the colors- I HAD NOT PICKED THEM OUT YET and stated so. She said she HAD already picked out the colors. I had to argue with her about showing me the book so I could pick my own colors- she colored my hair with the COLORS SHE PICKED OUT, not what I asked for. Since she DOUBLE PROCESSED my hair, I can't have it fixed. I have to wait like 6 weeks- I don't like the colors at all. Also I had to go to another salon to have the cut fixed, it was way off from one side to the other by half-1 inch! Ridiculous waste of money. No apologies no regrets. NEVER again. She is really full of herself, things she is a great stylist. She has a lot to learn about customer service. read more

I just got my hair colored by Megan. I had the "Oil Slick" color done. Which is multiple colors. Megan knocked it out of the park ! She is amazing when it comes to doing whatever you want. My hair is awesome and she is awesome !! I highly recommend her. read more

I was super nervous to go to a new stylist (last time I did it ended super badly). But this time was different, Rachael was very patient and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and my hair looks exactly like the picture I brought in! I did something different and I'm happy I did. She gave me suggestions but let me choose for myself what I wanted to do and she executed it perfectly!!!! She even scheduled me after hours to accommodate my work schedule. I drive almost 45 minutes each way just to get my Brazillian Blowout done by Megan. She is outstanding and her hair smoothing treatment last me the longest than any previous treatments done at other salons. I'm so glad I've found her because I am sticking around since she's very thorough and takes her time in achieving the best outcome for her clients. She's very accommodating too. I called her just a couple of hours earlier asking if she can take me in the same day and she was flexible and sweet enough to make it happen.
