The staff on Monday-Beth in particular was exceptional she showed me the spa area and was very informative regarding the day pass(me) and the facial(male travel partner). All the staff I encountered Monday was fantastic. However Tuesday Thé morning of my spa day the staff turned off the fantastic button. We both had our inferred session same day together Monday afternoon. He had his facial same day Monday-he said he really enjoyed it. He face was very dewy and moisturized . Pleasant experience. My spa session on Tuesday was good; I'm am so glad i booked early morning bc I had the place to myself for almost two hours. Remember I said petite.Yes it a cute space to relax if you have an hour or so. Tried the Himalayan salt sauna larger pool; open shower, dry sauna and hottest whirlpool(it was mild). The cold plunge whirlpool was good. I enjoyed my time. They have three whirlpools outside fits 4 comfortably maybe 5 strangers. I had them to myself so it was wonderful. Overall it was a great experience for me. They seem to offer full spa services from what I saw as I walked around. The spa gets a 4 star due to amenities cleanliness and offerings. Although small the space was utilized well. I am very big on customer service and the Tuesday staff was clearly not morning people; thus the reason for the overall 3 stars. If you're in the hotel area yes visit during off peak times to have the best experience it gets crowded quickly due to small size.

This is a lovely little spa inside the Marriott Falls View hotel. My wife and I went for the oasis…read morethermal journey and were pleasantly surprised with all they mange to fit into a small space. The indoor hot tub and salt sauna were both quite spacious, and while the three outside pools were much smaller, they were great for working through the circuit of varying temperatures. There's also a dry sauna you access from that area. You get unlimited use of the facility for three hours, which is quite a good deal. We are big fans of nordic contrast circuits and have visited plenty of similar spas in various cities and countries. For the price, this one covers all the bases very well with few frills, and that's okay with us. The service was good, and the employees friendly, even if they did seem a bit overworked at times. This location isn't as luxurious in its other amenities as some other options in nearby Niagara-On-The-Lake, so if you're after a full pampering experience, you might look into one of those, but the much lower cost here made it a worthwhile trade-off for us. Plus the location is convenient to a lot of other sites and restaurants, and free parking is included. All in all, good facilities, good people, good price point. We will be back again for sure!

She is a genuinely a delicate, yet grounded spirit. - There were lockboxes to tuck your things away in and you are given the key, so you don't have to stress about your belongings. You are given a big, soft blanket to cover yourself with and a towel is placed on the head of the reclining seat for hygienic purposes. - The room was small and clean, but comforting. The salt grains on the floor are about the size of a dime. The walls are covered in salt and there's lights behind several salt art pieces. There's a small TV that I didn't use, but I assume it would play nature scenes. There was also quiet, rhythmic music playing in the background. With the start of your session the ceiling lights temporarily turn on and the salt machine starts releasing the particles. It creates a quiet hum like a ceiling fan in summer that lulls you to sleep. For the first half of the 45 minute treatment I took a nap, and for the second half I laid down the blanket and did some much-needed stretches on the floor. - I had just been on bed-rest for the past 3 weeks due to recovery from a very intense procedure, and I could feel phlegm backing up in my throat as a result of a 24/7 horizontal position. It was giving me a minor cough and shortness of breath when exercising. I could physically feel the difference during the experience of my airways opening up and I am finally able to take full breaths again! Yay! 100% would go again and am curious how the reflexology massage is. Ppp00ppp

I went about 3 months back and chose Lily as she was the only one available, and I regret it to this day ! I don't care how great your services are, if you are not great at customer service and know how to deal with clients, then the quality of your services does not matter. Last night was my 5th float, and let me tell you! This has been a journey for me. I have never done…read moreanything like this for myself and I am not someone to "regularly" take my own needs into consideration. This opportunity has made me realize it's very important to practice self care. To take a break from your busy schedule and use that time to indulge in yourself. Whether it be to just go float into nothingness, reflect on your day or week. Or even your life. My mind never shuts off, ever. But last night was different and I truly did not think I would be able to get to the state I was in during my float last night. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE . Completely relaxed not a thought there. Nothing. I was awake and conscious yet I felt asleep.. my mind and body completely relaxed. I could not feel where I was or where the water started. I didn't believe that was possible for me. Each float has been very different for me, 1st float was more like a experiment to see if it was something I would be interested in. HOOKED right away! My second float was really trying to train my brain into shutting down and breathing thru it. Shutting everything out. My 3rd float.. an emotional release I have never experienced. 15 years of built up emotions all of a sudden pouring out uncontrollably. I felt like a different person leaving that day.. My 4th.. I was worried for this one, again another emotional release, something indescribable. I left feeling new and thinking more clear. Now the day after my 5th I slept fantastic, and I woke up with a burst of energy, I already want to get back in the tank. I think every float will be different in many different ways, for different reasons. I believe alot of healing happens in those tanks. BIG thanks to Jay and his team for all they're doing!
