There are days when your body feels unpredictable, when food feels like the enemy, and when energy levels can swing all over the place. Before working with my diet coach, I spent a lot of time guessing, trying different foods, reading conflicting advice, asking ChatGPT and hoping something would finally work. Working with Leila completely changed that. She helped me understand my body instead of fighting against it. We built a structured approach to eating that supports my condition, focuses on low-FODMAP principles, and prioritizes gut healing rather than just temporary fixes. Because of that guidance, I've been able to stabilize my symptoms, improve my energy, and feel far more confident about what I'm putting into my body every day. One of the biggest changes I've noticed is in the gym. By dialing in my nutrition, especially adding fruits before my workouts for clean, quick carbs, I've had better lifts, more consistent energy, and overall stronger sessions. On top of that, I'm actually hitting my diet goals consistently, which used to feel impossible but now 200 grams of protein is nothing! Leila is a cheat code, she knows all the tricks. What I appreciate most is that this wasn't just about food, it was about building a sustainable routine and learning how to listen to my body. When you're dealing with something like lymphocytic colitis, that kind of support can make all the difference. I'm genuinely grateful for the impact she's had on my health, my performance, and my life. I will be coming back to her as my body changes. The only difference is now I am happy man and can live a normal life

What my muscle mass was. Where my VO2 levels were at, etc...sounded cool, but all rubbish. Then I hired a nutrition coach who was about "intuitive eating." Nice gal, but she wasn't the right fit for me. My intuition kept telling me to eat donuts. By January 2024, I Googled "full time food slapper" and boom the name Lorie Eber popped up. Okay, I'm kidding, but I gotta admit when I first met Lorie I had my doubts that a woman I could crush with one hand was going to set me straight. Turns out she can stand toe to toe with a heavy weight champ. ;) Initially my wife and I had signed up for a 6 month commitment with Lorie. We didn't hesitate to extend our commitment for another 6 months, making it a full year. I'll tell you why. What I appreciated most about Lorie was the time she takes to get to know you. She was able to asses the habits my wife and I had as a couple apart from our own individual habits. She is there to help you pull back your veil and truly face yourself. To ask yourself honest questions. A lot of times we do things without truly thinking about it. Or we associate certain events with our habits. Working closely with Lorie changed my life. What started out as me wanting to lose weight became something more. She got to know me so well that there was no fooling her. You only get that from someone who truly listens and cares. She gives you so many ideas and suggestions, but you have to put in the work. She helps you come up with a game plan that works well for you. If you fall off track she'll be right there to talk you through it. Her approach isn't just about your diet and exercise. It's about getting your mind right. Getting more in-tuned with yourself. There is no one size fits all method here. She truly caters to your individual needs. Some of those needs may be creating a meal plan together. Substituting certain foods. Your portion sizes. What to look out for on menus when dining out. Splitting a dessert. Figuring out if you're a stress eater. Having Plan B meals, meaning healthier microwavable food options and/or meal prepping and freezing meals. The list goes on and on because we are talking about your day to day life. Your individual needs. Lorie has the will and will find a way with you. She will never give up on you and is relentless. The year I worked with Lorie she helped me reach a weight under 200 pounds for the first time in 8 years. For the first time ever exercising became a lifestyle and not a chore. I quit drinking alcohol not because I had a problem, but because it no longer suited my new lifestyle. I have always been crazy about my wife, and doing this together made us grow more into each other. Lorie was there for all of that. Here I am in 2025 and she is very much still here. If you do right by YOU, the time you spend with Lorie will last a lifetime. Or maybe she just scared me enough to set me straight. Either way Lorie is the best decision, the best person, the best Wellness Coach to have in your life if you're serious and ready to change your life!

I'm a woman in my early thirties. I started working out more than three years ago and was on a strict diet. I did everything I could to be healthy, but the scale still showed 220 pounds. After almost two years, I managed to lose 30 pounds and was feeling pretty happy. But then, I started to feel stagnant. I lost a few pounds here and there, but that was about it. I was disappointed with myself and felt bad about my self-esteem. So, I decided to look into surgery options. But I must admit, I was scared. I had seen videos on social media and wasn't sure if that was the right decision for me. I looked into other options, including weight loss shots. I had heard about them, but I thought that they weren't for me when they started gaining popularity a few years ago. But now, they seemed like a better option than surgery. I researched the GLP-1 and was pretty sure that I would give them a try. When I was ready, I wanted to a clinic that I could trust and that could help me achieve my weight loss goals. I searched Yelp for "clinics to lose weight" and found some near to me. I read the reviews and, when you look at a place that everyone says is good, you can't help but be skeptical. That's why I like to read the negative reviews too. (I work in customer service, and I know that unhappy customers tend to discredit good places.) I decided to give this clinic a try with Lindsay. That was three months ago, and I still remember how nervous I was that day. But the staff was so nice and professional with me. Lindsay recommended me tirzepatide, and now I'm a completely different person. (I shouldn't tell you my weight, but it's now 159 pounds.) I know I've lost more than 30 pounds in just three months. But let me tell you, this isn't magic. You have to put in a lot of work for yourself. Take care of yourself, go to the gym (but you don't have to live at the gym), drink a lot of water, and eat healthy. (You know just follow the rules) Lindsay and the staff aren't your mom. Their job is to help you reach your goal. I want to thank Lindsay and the staff for their help. I highly recommend them. (I'll leave some pictures for everyone to see.)

Because I had a fairly delicate pregnancy and was being extra cautious, I didn't work out much during pregnancy. By the time I returned, I had taken nearly 16 months off from consistent training, and it showed. My strength, mobility, and overall fitness had regressed significantly. Anyone who has been through a postpartum journey knows how challenging it can be to start again while breastfeeding, functioning on interrupted sleep, and adjusting to a body that feels different than it once did. What impressed me most about Hideout was how well the trainers understood this. They took the time to assess where I was physically, identify my strengths and weaknesses, and guide me back one step at a time. On my first day, I was incredibly tight and hesitant. I struggled to squat and was genuinely nervous about even gently bending my knee. Four months later, I was barbell squatting 110 pounds without pain. That transformation is just one example. The improvements in my strength, mobility, range of motion, and overall fitness have been incredibly encouraging. The progress has been so rewarding that I rarely miss a session--even on the days when I'm exhausted. My coach does an exceptional job of meeting me where I am each day, modifying workouts based on my energy levels, recovery, and capabilities while still keeping me moving toward my goals. What Hideout offers is more than just workouts. They have a team of knowledgeable, educated, and highly skilled coaches who understand that every person is different. They tailor their approach to each individual's body, strengths, limitations, and goals. That level of personalization makes all the difference. It takes a lot to trust someone with your body and your health. I can unequivocally say that placing my trust in Hideout Fitness was one of the best decisions I made. In my experience, he has done more for me in the last 6months than what generic western doctors have done over the past 30 years. The best way I can describe him is that he is like a doctor, a psychologist, psychotherapist and several other professionals all combined into one. He looks at the full picture, asks the right questions, and approaches things in a way that makes you feel like someone is finally paying attention and actually trying to get to the root of the issue instead of just putting a temporary bandaid on it.
