The company's agent confirmed this, and said their is no reason the driver should have left early. Also, they charge to issue a ticket. That is fucking ridiculous. So, they are less cheap than they advertise.

Highly recommendable! A+++…read more I've used this service for the 3rd time now and it's been a very pleasant experience every time! Last time the driver got delayed 10 minutes, but thankfully it didn't risk my departure at the airport in Munich as I still had enough time! (Though I prefer estimating rather 3 hrs being there prior than 2 hrs, but that might be personal preference!) The drivers were all very friendly and kindly conversational! Disclaimer: I am a German national and spoke German with the drivers! ;) I don't know how the English conversations might be and if there might be any misunderstandings happening!? Also, just to add: It would have been nice to know, that I will have to switch over to another bus instead of driving straight through to the airport! It took me by surprise the first time around! (Not a big deal, once you know! ;) ) Last thing: The information on how to find the new counter after my arrival was slightly incorrect due to me coming from the *other* terminal! So where I was told to make a left, I really needed to make a right after passing the 'S-Bahn', past the rental cars. One has to make a right into this passage and at the very end is the counter! (After a long tiresome flight, it took me a while to find it!) Overall this is a wonderful service for me when I come for a visit and don't plan on renting a car myself and have no other (convenient!) options for transportation! They do have breakfast available for an extra cost. In the shopping center just down the block, there is a bakery and grocery store. We discovered this on our last day there.

Once we arrived, it was a long line (which I think is unusual as a flight was cancelled and all these people were put up by the airline at this hotel). Check-in went very quickly when I did finally get to check in. This was a one night stay close to the Munich airport before heading out the next morning to London. The room was quite large but older. The lighting in the room made it feel kind of lonely and dark. I turned on every light just to make it better. Either I couldn't figure out how to make the shower work, or the shower didn't work so I just ended up taking a bath. Have done that in years, but it wasn't so bad. I slept fine. Quiet for being close to a major airport. The breakfast at this hotel was the best attribute to my stay. Large dining room and a great buffet of many choices. There were attendants constantly wiping tables and setting out new food. Very efficient and clean. I enjoyed everything I ate and even sneaked a few Nutella packets to snack on at the airport.

Such an incredible tour! Our tour guide was Claudio, who was fantastic. We took a bus up to Mondsee…read more(town outside Salzburg) and biked around Mondsee (the lake). The lake is surrounded by mountains, and the views are breathtaking. We stopped periodically to admire the views, have a picnic, and to hike a short distance to a waterfall. Claudio knew a lot about the history of the area, as well as the best places to hike, eat, explore, etc. The bike ride itself took about 5 hours with the stops. There were a few steep hills, but very doable for people in shape. Bus tickets and bike rentals are provided in cost of tour, but bring cash for a tip! Overall, it was an incredible experience, and exactly what I wanted out of the trip. Would highly recommend! (The pictures don't even do it justice)
