It's a decent place but sometimes it feels like I'm just a number. Also you put things on your flyers but trying to collet a free 1/8 employees say it's only for new customers. But guess what it doesn't say anything that I need to be a new customer. I should have close to an ounce of free weed but you tend to make up the rules to suit you not what you advertise!!!!!you got 1 star because of not holding up to your end of advertising. Plus I was supposed to get 20% off too but that's for new customers too. Guess what? It's not on your advertisement. So I should be getting an ounce of weed and about 50 bucks back!!! Honestly, they have nice stock. Now...I usually spend $100 or more and I travel an hour, so I don't think it's much to ask that the bud tender stay focused on the customer. I spoke with Brie (sp), originally, who was very kind and informative. She mentioned a product she'd used in lieu of an oral tincture. I believe it was topical, but this was not a lotion or cream. Anyway, I made the trip assuming this product was in stock. It was not. No idea when it would be in. Had to have Brie explain to the fella waiting on me what it was. So, it's been a couple weeks, I looked online, but wasn't able to sort through to find this item. So, I called. There was a different gal on the phones and she had no clue what I meant, and I was not doing a good job explaining. Yes, I had a migraine at the time. So, having been in retail while going to college, my suggestion works be 1) get the customer's number, email, text, call, post, whatever when the item is available. Preorder/prepay, if necessary. 2) if the phone person doesn't "have a clue", perhaps transfer to the bud tender, who might have a clue. Now that brings me to my next issue. They don't have in inner waiting room. I'm in line and some guy walks in and stands a few feet way (not COVID regs). One if the guys behind the counter starts hollering to him and the next thing I know, MY guy is walking away putting his 2 cents in. I'd never been in this dispensary b4. If it weren't for the flower, I wouldn't go back. There were so many things I had questions about and this guy could've cared less. So, I'm not sure how or if I'll be able to follow up on acquiring the product I was interested in. I'm recovering from a shoulder replacement, am receiving PT and OT, and need to have neck surgery. I suffer from severe migraines. Oh, and I lost my only child, 2 years and a million tears ago this month, on the 8th, so my stress factors are considerably higher than normal. Was I going to push myself to drive 2 hours today to get product? Yep. Am I now? Nope. Pretty disappointed. read more

Not after their manager (don't know if she really is seeing that I've been so many times and never seen her) being greeted kindly by the people that have helped me wonderfully each other time however my med card is in processing and she refused to let me in even tho I was explaining to her I was logging into where you renew because I got a new email, she was so rude I was in tears in the lobby from how awful this woman was. I am 20 years old I've had my med card since I was 18 as I have had several spine surgeries-even after moving I stayed loyal to this dispensary as it is veteran owned, and the one I thought Was the best but never again the lady had me in tears as I tried looking for an e-mail. Keep in mind this is one of the only dispos that all you need to do is scan your drivers ID, not show both (I've never shown my med card since my first time coming 2 years ago) she said I wasn't worth it to get but I've spent WAY too much here to be treated like that and when my new card comes, seeing as that I found the e-mail but impatient manager was so rude since I am younger. Ever heard of age discrimination not until I met this awful woman. I am just as legally allowed to smoke weed but since and there was an issue an my account manager couldn't be patient or kind. So if you only have your med card go some where else they are Turing into one of those "recreational is priority" dispensary's. I'm sure all thanks the super rude old blonde "manager" I wish I could write a review just on her unpleasantness as she called me sweetheart with the upmost condescending voice I've ever heard in my life. I absolutely love this place. They have an incredible selection of products and brands. And lately they have been offering the most incredible deals. The customer service is always phenomenal and always quality product. It's another huge bonus that they offer curbside pickup but you guys have to get it together with your system. Sometimes I have no choice but to use curbside but I legitimately end up waiting over a half hour every time. I understand being busy but how am any different then a customer in line inside?? I go to one of the 2 dispensaries down the street and I never wait more than 5 minutes! read more

My wife called to confirm a special that was advertised online and whoever answers the phones around there has a serious attitude problem, she was extremely rude, and refused to honor the deals advertised on their daily specials online. Shango down the road has way better prices and friendlier staff. Never shopping at Pure Lapeer again. I've spent tons of money at pure lapeer over the years, at least $100 a week. Never again. This place has a great selection of inventory it's immense. They also have fair prices compared to most of the metro Detroit dispensaries I've been to. This is now my number one all time favorite place to go for my medicine. I will continue to return here again and again. read more
