The shop is safe when it comes to leaving the door locked and they will only open it when you let them know you have arrived. Got a piercing done in Feb but noticed it was crooked when I got home, emailed my piecer Noah, and we immediately made an appointment to get it removed. We waited two weeks and I came back in March- got it re-pierced for free, no issue. That is exactly how you'd want a place to fix the situation. The place is also very clean and organized and taken care of in a professional manner- at least as far as i have observed.
