They get really good service all around here. It's easy to set up appointments where to get what they call a wax pass, which gives you so many visits in a certain period of time. Price is very based on the type of body part that you were looking to get done. I know the customer service is really good as setting and changing appointments is fairly easy. As a customer, you just need to communicate with them clearly what you need and if there is a problem to let them know, and they will take care of things to make it right. Plus, this is a service base business so it's always good to leave a tip for the person who's taking care of you. Overall, I would say this is an excellent place. If you're looking to get any type of waxing done and they carry a variety of products as well they go along with the different services that are provided.

We arranged a day/time that worked for our schedules and she later followed up with a text reminder the day before my appointment. When I arrived, the place was dimly lit, which I kinda appreciated. She was already in with a client, so I slid the card hanging on the service room door under the door as advised and sat down. My appointment was at 12:30pm and she was a little late getting to me, but the person before me hadn't been in 6 months so my impatience quickly turned to compassion because GOOD LORD. 6 months?!! Anyway, Geni was fast, friendly, warm and very inviting. She got through my wax in less than 30 minutes and I was a little past overdue. I've received Brazilian Wax + Buttock Strips from all three of the women who work there (Jessica, Daiana, and Gloria) and they are all amazing in their special way. Jessica is more on the gentle side; she doesn't dig into your skin and she is very quick with her service. I had a Brazilian done by her in under 30 minutes. Gloria is a PERFECTIONIST. She will spend a great amount of time on your area to make sure no hair is visible and she will definitely get into your skin to get all ingrown hair out. Daiana is wonderful too! She's like a mix of Jessica & Gloria. They are also great conversationalists and convo with them will definitely make the pain assuage and the time go fast. Why should you wax instead of shave? Wax will make your hair a lot softer and the more you do it, the faster your wax will become. Your hair will also grow a lot slower than if you shaved. If this is your first time getting a Brazilian Wax, here are some tips: 1. Your hair needs to be as long as a grain of rice, no longer. If you know for sure your pubic hair are longer than that, TRIM the hair. DO NOT SHAVE! 2. If you've already shaved, you have to wait a month to grow it out. 3. Talk during the wax about anything! 4. Don't shave ever again and come back every 4-6 weeks depending on your growth 5. Get wax product from Walmart/Target if you are going to a last minute beach day to avoid shaving 6. Buy the extra products they have: glove, exfoliating beads, and their special soap to avoid ingrown hairs.

Lori did my wife's massage and pedicure. Niki did my massage, which was great. Steve took over and did my manicure and pedicure. I couldn't be more unhappy. I originally requested square nails, but toward the end of the service, I was told he could not achieve the look I desired and that I would have to go for a more round look. He rounded me out and all of the nails look different. During my pedicure, I came in with an acrylic toe and asked him to remove it. He said it was fine, and just painted over it. The entire process of him doing my nails and toes was completely rushed and sloppy. The front desk refunded my nail service. But I wasted 2 hours getting my nails done and left unhappy, because I had plans I needed to make it to. He told me he normally doesn't do acrylic, but fills in when needed. They should not have him providing this service. These are the worst nails I've ever had done in a professional setting. The overall ambiance is nice and the staff were all very kind and accommodating, but I will not be returning.
