Evan the owner was arrogant and rude to me throughout the process. I stuck with it knowing that we had a good experience in the past. Songs that I requested that were on my plan, were not played. My photomontage had to be edited 3 times and we had to pay $450 extra because I had 30 extra pictures. A week before the party, he told me my package didn't include lighting so we had to pay $1000 extra for some mediocre colored strobe lights. Most of all, the digital zap photos that were on the contract were never taken and played on the 2 large screens that we paid for and he refused to make his mistake right and give any reimbursement after we took care of his crew during the event and gave them each a nice tip. In addition, their prices have gone up tremendously over the years. If you want a good experience, I would recommend looking at other companies for your entertainment.

The addition of this spice powder accentuated the flavors and made it a memorable dish. My personal favorite, Vada Pav, was also on the menu, and I couldn't resist enhancing its taste with a sprinkle of the spicy powder. The bar and appetizer service took place outside the hall, and here we encountered a few service hiccups. The bartender was notably absent, which led to a bit of confusion among the guests. However, a friendly waiter came to our rescue and promptly served our drinks when requested. The situation at the bar took an unexpected turn when another bartender, who seemed to be in a pleasant mood at first, began using profanity in a soft tone when asked why he wasn't present. His exact words "Get the fuck out of here" to his own co-worker - ten times in front of all the guests who are waiting in line at the Bar and in front of the guests who are getting their appetizers. This unexpected exchange, while bizarre, didn't overshadow the overall experience but left us a bit bewildered. We selected this event and paid premium because we wanted to have a pleasant experience and a stress-free event, but it was opposite of that. RE READ everything and get all clarification in writing because the "ok, no problem, don't worry and we will take care of it" will be of no use when things go wrong during the event.

It was just the right size to have a smaller concert. Everyone was very nice. 2 complains. The ladies' restroom ran out of toilet paper and paper towel....a big no no. And for whatever reason there was not enough AC in my section right under the balcony. People around me were fanning.
