The photographer is incredibly patient and professional, yet makes the session feel fun and natural -- no stiff poses, no "say cheese" nonsense. The photos themselves are amazing. Every shot captures genuine smiles and personality, whether it's a family session, a beach backdrop, or just everyday moments. You leave with images that look effortless but feel full of character. From start to finish, the experience is smooth and enjoyable. The staff make you feel comfortable, guide you through poses naturally, and ensure the end result is something you'll actually want to display. I cannot emphasize enough the photographic skill and creativity of Richel Lavette. I recently…read morehosted a once-in-a-lifetime fraternity "Chartering" event that included both an early afternoon initiation, as well as a 190 person celebratory banquet including dinner, numerous guest speakers and awards to be presented. She handled both events professionally and with a great eye for framing, lighting and spontaneity. Richel Lavette is the consummate professional photographer. Her skill set includes image set up, proper lighting, images that tell a story, taking charge of large group photos with incredible tact, and looking for the small details that make a good image even better. Ms. Lavette can see what others do not. Her experience, and speed in finding the right images tell an unparalleled story. She requires initial input from the client, and once she understands the priorities, Richel can work independently with little to no supervision. But, beyond her obvious skills as a photographer, she has a strong work ethic and is always ready to capture a spontaneous moment that some photographers simply do not see. Her people skills are outstanding, and is always encouraging people to smile, and have fun while being photographed. Her greatest skills? The ability to listen, interpret, and deliver spectacular results. Lavette Photo Studios is an excellent photo studio, and I give Richel, and her studio my highest recommendations. She earned it.

Here is Our experience: Maria Scott Photography uses Bay Photo online and has a 300% mark up we wanted a photo on metal Maria charges $980.00 for this one split photo!!!! Bay photo price online is $220.00 ( FYI: you do not need to be a photographer to order from Bay Photo) That is a $760.00 PROFIT on just one! Because I called her out she lowered price to $406.04 but then proceeded to raise the price on the others. She quoted 75.00 each but when invoiced I was charged 84.00 Each. Again you can buy these yourself online at Bay Photo for 22.00 each. But Maria will not release your pictures to you! It's insane! I have found out since then that there are many amazing photographers in Clearwater Florida who do photos at Honeymoon Island and their price of $375.00-450.00 INCLUDES ALL YOUR HIGH RESOLUTION IMAGES!!!!! This was a VERY Disappointing experience Not only the 300% mark up Maria Scott Photography charges to print only 4 photos. The fact that she holds your family memories hostage so you have no other choice then to pay these astronomical prices!!!!!
