A month later he says that none are worth trying to save. I requested a refund from him and he just gives me the run around and has now stopped responding to my messages! I knew Charley for several years and was aware that he did professional photography so asked him if he would do our holiday photos. My son, who was 6-years-old at the time, had no problem smiling for the camera, but our 2-year-old daughter had her now familiar scowl on her face and was being less than cooperative. Since she was set on not smiling, Charley was able to coax some more "reflective" expressions out of her using different props that were not overbearing in the photographs and other techniques. We have used Charley for family photographs for the last 6 years, and even though we use the same location (for our convenience) each year is unique. He uses some of your more typical poses, along with adding his own creativity, but is quick to listen to his clients. I normally don't like my picture taken, and I thought the whole thing would be super awkward but Tiffany made it an easy and fun experience. During our newborn shoot, our daughter was just over a week old. My boyfriend kept calling Tiffany the baby whisperer because every time our daughter started to get fussy, Tiffany was able to calm her down instantly. She had great photo ideas and lots of props to choose from. She also had a nice seating area for us to sit in and watch the session with snacks and drinks. It was definitely a great atmosphere.
