This place was an absolute nightmare. I just got in from a international flight on Labor Day and…read morewanted to get my nails done. I come into this place and ask for a manicure and pedicure and everything was normal until the lady that took me to was impatient and kind of rude the entire time. I I brushed most of her rudeness/micro aggressions aside as possibly a language barrier. Anyway, she starts cutting into my toenail at an odd angle, which I'm having issues with because it has fallen off and grown back due to trail running. I simply asked why she cut it like that because I was worried that it would grow inward at that angle. She became super offended and started yelling at me. She was not talking to me - she was yelling at me. She was actually yelling at me and she was causing a huge scene. I looked at her calmly and told her that I didn't understand what she was trying to say and that I am asking why she cut it that way. She then started angrily insulting me, saying that I don't know anything about nails and also insulting me about my nails. Her English was broken so on top of her irrational anger, her words were not making sense. Everybody in the nail salon was actually watching this incident, staring at my feet .... and I really couldn't understand why she was so angry and yelling, so I just sat there and asked for somebody else to please help me. I asked for somebody I could understand. They all just sat there, looking at me blankly, but eventually somebody knew came over to finish and nobody really apologized for her actions, nor gave me any explanation about why this woman was yelling at me. I could barely understand what she was saying, but she was clearly upset, visibly angry and insulted me multiple times. I have no idea why somebody like that is in Customer Service or what happened because it was completely irrational.
