I had a horrible experience at this salon, rude staff, terrible haircut. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. I was contacted by QYPE to ask if I would like to edit my bad review as they had received a complaint from the salon manager on the 30th of July. My initial review is an honest one. As a regular customer for nails and hair for over 15 years, I cannot rate this salon highly enough. The staff are polite, welcoming and professional. The salon and decor are classy and immaculate. Although on the pricey side, they do offer a discount on hair treatments on certain days of the week. It has been a very rare experience for me to leave the Only You Salon with anything other than total satisfaction with the treatments and service. read more

I have been to this salon twice as I needed to purchase a wig. I couldn't have been made any more welcome or handled any more sensitively. the whole experience was something I was dreading but Dianne quickly put me at ease and dealt with me without any sales pressure and even let me borrow a wig for a few weeks to see how I got on. this was 5* treatment and the whole salon had a lovely friendly atmosphere.
