What was great was their summer drop-in deal of $8. After attending a beginner's class, the instructor recommended me to try their Slow Flow Yin class on Sunday mornings. I started trying that out every week and really enjoyed it. It's more of a long stretching class than a normal yoga class. Val is a great instructor as she always asks what the class wants to focus on. If no one pipes up, she always has a great plan in mind. She does a great job of keeping this light with a little humor, but also staying calm and keeping us all relaxed. What I enjoy is that you don't have super bendy to get a good stretch.
