After I was in jail 6 months Mr. Dissinger came to me without ever discussing anything with my parents [who were paying him] and told me,"I can get you out of here tomorrow if you sign this paper agreeing to plead guilty to a felony" feeding on the fact that he knew I obviously wanted out of jail and that my parents would definitely tell me not to sign it, yes I signed the paper. Looking back at that situation, I would have agreed to plead guilty to murder if that's what I needed to do to get out of jail, but a good Lawyer that's actually looking out for their client's best interest shouldn't have even came to me with such a ludicrous offer unless he was simply looking to be done with the case with putting forth no time or effort to have the charge reduced to misdemeanors of under-age drinking, disorderly conduct which is exactly what should have happened. Now due to Mr. Dissinger's actions or lack of actions, I'm 57 year's old and have had many doors closed to me through out my life in regard to travel, employment and hunting because a minor mistake I made as a 19 year old kid. It's crossed my mind many times over the last 4 decades that I so wish I would have had an Attorney representing my best interest way back then in 1988 instead of having Mr. Dissinger who just takes the easiest path available....

He reviews non-compete contracts of candidates we would like to hire and advises us as to our liability should we pursue them as an employee. He has developed employment contracts for us. Most importantly, Solomon has handled frivolous claims from disgruntled ex-employees in a manner that was fair to all and extremely expedient. As an employer I love having Solomon on my side as he is one of the premier litigators in Central PA representing harmed employees. I rather have Solomon advising me on fair treatment of my disgruntled employees than having him representing those same employees against me. I consider Solomon a key advisor and consult him for high-level thinking tasks like strategic planning and tactical maneuvers such as employee terminations. Thanks Solomon!
