If you can get any sub contractor to show up on time that's a win in itself however most do not. Brandon showed up on time which is probably the biggest complaint I could have in regards to sub contractors. Not only did he show up on time he was willing to tackle the unknown with confidence. He had never seen the locking mechanism in which he was called out for, as he disma it he took his time to figure out what part did what. He will be back to install new parts in which he found broken. While he had some time left he offered to fill in to take on other projects if we had any. Of course we did. He tackled a broken gfci outlet in the kitchen. It hadn't worked since we purchased the home. This part was tackled the next morning on his own time as it tripped the remaining outlets and a part was needed. He fixed all outlets tackling just one. In my opinion he went abI've and beyond to satisfy the customer. And in my opinion with a lot of contractors I have dealt with, the fact he showed up on time ir even at all is the biggest compliment to him. Well done!
