In my mind, worst contractor I have ever hired. They started my roof in November of 2021. I…read morequestioned the timing, but was assured by Rick it was the best time to put a roof on. That may be for the workers, but the shingles still are not laying flat. I was told they would flatten out with the heat in the summer. Didn't happen, and, I still have shingles not completely nailed down. I also had an issue the winter of 2021 where the ice dam didn't do it's job. As the ice build up in my gutter melted it leaked in to my garage and attic floor. A heavy rain in 2023 also leaked. January 2025, same issue on the ice. I've called Rick about these issues, which he replied he would be by to look at it. Never shows. After the initial roof was installed, he was there the next day to be paid. I don't even want to go into the skylight replacements. Pitiful finishing job. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for a roof.

Shane served my system today. I have had the waterproofing done in the basement for 5 years now. It…read morehas held up great and the services include changing the dehumidifier filter and verifying the sump pumps work. The sump has 3 pumps inside it. A low pump, a higher pump if that first pump fails or cant keep up. And then a higher battery backup pump. I feel great knowing that my basement will stay dry no matter what. Shane did a great job today and even called to see if he could come a few minutes early. Its money spent but insurance that my basement stays perfectly healthy.
