And that's a lot, for any medical facility but especially one working with mental health issues. I like that they have appt call ahead reminders, can message via my chart and other tech ways to setup appts or message counselor or doc. The location isn't glam, but that's really not the reason to go there. Sometimes appointments don't start on time, which is a little frustrating but also understandable because when I'm the patient I appreciate that my care provider would spend time with me to really dig into issues, and sometimes that can take a few extra minutes. Overall, I'm appreciative to have found counseling and care that accept HIP, and people within that group who are working hard with me cause sometimes life isn't so easy and it's good to have help figuring it out.
