They sold me a "special" private health insurance…read morethat i thought was going to be better than the regular PPO HMO POS and mainstream coverage by main providers. Since dishing out the money and paying more than most pay for a "" private health insurance, I've had nothing but hell.. the employees at Usa Health have been so unhelpful. Their office is a sloppy mess. That's why they won't let anybody come inside even though they're on a beautiful street with a beautiful street front sign in downtown woodstock. Clearwater health is the worst health insurance company I've ever dealt with and they actually split off into five other entities starting on January 1 of this year. No one even notified me that my plan wasn't even in existence anymore and for the first prodigy January, I didn't even have Health Insurance.. I thought this process would be easy. When I call which I've called and been up to the office In Woodstock many times they just dismiss it and they state that they make absolutely no money off of me or my plan which is impossible because hello how else would they make money? Dont go there and dont do business with them. Its TRASH. All we want is good health coverage for our family and our safety and they provided absolutely none of that.

If you have the choice to be seen by her do not hesitate. You are in great hands. Do keep in mind you could be waiting half an hour even if you make an appointment. Despite that, I do not want to take a star away from Marisa and the level of care she provided me.

Disappointing Experience…read more I was disappointed with my experience, especially with the front office staff. The attitude and communication were not what I expected from a professional medical facility. When I checked in, I was told that my insurance was accepted, and I was asked to provide a credit card to keep on file. Based on that conversation, I understood that my insurance would be properly processed and that I would be informed of any additional charges before my card was charged. Several days later, I received a hospital bill/charge that I was not expecting. I was not clearly informed that I would be responsible for this amount or that my card could be charged for the balance. I understand that insurance claims and billing can sometimes be complicated, but patients deserve clear communication about what they may owe. The front office should explain any potential out-of-pocket costs and charges before billing the patient. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and communication with patients.

I was referred to Dr. Elizabeth De through my girlfriend, who works in the same building. I had a…read morecouple ongoing issues from running, and didn't have a Primary Care Physician that I see, mainly because I've been pretty healthy all my life due to my exercise regimen. I wasn't sure what to expect and was very nervous, as doctor visits always give me anxiety. The medical center wasn't hard to find at all, and parking was convenient. It's a hop and skip from 400, near the Cumming exit (14 I believe), and easy access to Market Blvd. I actually ended up going to Dick's since I was early for my appointment, and there is a ton of food options and shopping up this way to pass time. I went into the facility and took the elevator to the 2nd floor. The office was on the corner, and wasn't too hard to find. I filled out the paperwork, and waited to be seen. The staff did a great job with their service, and directing me where to go and what to do. The bathroom had a convenient window in it for urine/stool samples. The MA came in and did my blood pressure and family history, and personal history, and I went over my issues with her. Afetr that, it didn't take too long to be seen by Dr. De. Dr. De was very professional and nice. She went over all my issues, did a quick physical and also addressed a minor issue I was having due to shaving. I really liked her approach and how easy she was to talk to regarding everything that was bothering me. She referred me to two specialists, and then prescribed me something for my minor shaving issue (ingrown hairs suck). She also said if the prescription was too much, let her know and she would adjust. She also caught my high blood pressure, and wanted me to come back in a week to have it checked out again. I then saw one of the MA's to have blood drawn (I HATE needles), and she did a wonderful job easing my tension. Overall, a great visit and would certainly recommend Dr. De to anybody else seeking a Primary Care Physician.

BEWARE !!!!! We have been scammed at Pandya Medical Center Cumming…read more We just went for general health checkup. They utilized this opportunity to charge us with unwanted preventive care services. tests came in and they asked us to set up an appointment. we learned that later that they are charging $100+ for me & wife separately. but we were not told ahead of time that we will be charged. Its very easy for anyone to read the test results and could have avoided this. Some of the staff doesn't even know English. We got the surprising bill manipulating as different services. they suggested like you can do this at home yourself but then keep saying we can quickly take care of it here, never disclosed anything about how much they will charge us. In this economy people are finding really hard time to find a job. how hard is to tell them we charge this much for this service. so that we can decide if we want to do it or not. Its very unfair practice in my opinion :(.
