Filthy cluttered aisles, more items out of stock than in stock, lack of pricing integrity and very poor quality employees. I just took a 5.00 off coupon that I received yesterday from the store. I attempted to purchase 28.00 worth of merchandise. 28.00 at regular shelf label pricing, not any sale. They first attempted to charge me 3.95 per item not the 2/7.00 that was the point of sale pricing. After the obligatory walk back to verify that I was not making up the marked price the manager? came back and attempted to enter the correct price into the system. After "successfully" getting the system to accept the price that was marked on the shelf she scanned the 5.00 coupon and announced it will not accept it. It presumably being the computer system. She made no effort to honor a coupon that they created and distributed. I told her to just keep it and left the merchandise sitting at the counter. For the first time since our interaction began she lost her surly attitude and said very pleasantly "Have a nice day". It was like her mission was to piss customers off, mission accomplished. As a further irony the store was actually cleaner and less cluttered than it has appeared for years. You can dust and straighten but in the immortal words of Ron White "You can't fix stupid".
