Ok here's my review: I've hired Jenny, to watch my puppy Mia on multiple occasions but now I have the time to (finally) review Jenny on Yelp. She does a stellar job of watching Mia. The first time I used Furry Up, Let's Go, I wasn't sure about it. But when Jenny showed up, I was reassured! I came back to Mia on the couch sleeping, and on the coffee table, a note from Jenny. It read something like this: Dear Mr and Mrs O, I had a great time watching your dog, Mia! She is such a sweet dog! I hope I can see Mia again soon. When arrived they wanted to use ropes to lift him with due to so badly soiled. So we supplied our own blanket and carried him to car. He was in obvious pain, soiled, bleeding from mouth. He was immediately taken to animal hospital and advised had to be put down for fractured back and kidney issues. When asked for an explanation Randa immediately sent a refund saying upon my request, which was just for explanation. When followed up was told I can't sue because I signed a waiver, that it was my fault for boarding an older dog and not boarded before. I never made any accusations or asked for anything but an explanation. I'm so devastated I left my pet/family member in their care.

I had so much anxiety before I met Becky because they are both rescues, and I didn't want them to feel we abandoned them. However, Becky came over the week prior to our departure and I could see that they would be in good hands. She stayed overnight while we were gone and took great care of my little fuzz balls. She is certified in CPR, is kind and honest, left our place in tip-top shape, and truly wants to give our pets a good experience. Plus, I was so worn out when I got back in town that I didn't think to call and check in (we arranged that she would watch them through the morning and leave since we would be back in the afternoon.) However, being the responsible sitter that she is, she called me to make sure everything was okay and that we got back at a reasonable time so that she would know if she should come back to feed and walk the dogs. Becky really goes above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about her.

He was supposed to come by once a day and leave wet food, clean the litter boxes and replace the water. When I returned home, I noticed their water bowls nearly empty and old wet food. The litter boxes weren't clean either. He used the wrong bowls then told me he couldn't find the bowls left next to the wet food in the cabinet. When questioned about the low water, he stated he had problems turning on the faucet in my kitchen. How crazy is that? I know Craig didn't come over everyday like he was paid to do. I can't recommend his services. Thank God I came back when I did, because something bad could have happened to my cats. Really pisses me off the level of greed and no respect for living defenseless animals. Beware.
