Upon arrival the kids were playing with the puppies, they had all the certificates I requested in hand about the pups parents. They let us tour the entire Farm. The pups are nicely kept in a temperature controlled clean room and have access to go outside to play at their leisure. The pups where well fed and they all seemed very social. Our Lucy is Golden #4 for us and so far she has been the healthiest, smartest and sweetest of them all. This family has a hired hand to regularly play with the puppies plus their own children help socialize pups. We are going back to get our parents a pup this year.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I had a very stressful and disappointing experience with Rudy Miller of True Hearted Doodles. I would strongly encourage prospective buyers to exercise caution and request all official veterinary documentation before paying a deposit. After submitting my deposit for a mini Goldendoodle puppy named Coke, Rudy became unresponsive for a period of time despite my repeated messages. I was so concerned that I had to contact Good Dog multiple times through messages and phone calls just to get assistance. What concerned me most was the inconsistent information regarding the puppy's health and vaccinations. On October 15, Rudy told me that Coke had already received his rabies vaccination. However, on October 27, he told me that Coke had just received his rabies shot that day. These contradictory statements seriously undermined my confidence in the accuracy of the information he was providing. I repeatedly requested official veterinarian-issued vaccination records, proof of rabies vaccination, veterinary examination records, and a health certificate. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises that the documentation would be sent, I had not received a single official veterinary record. The puppy was scheduled to fly from Ohio to New York on October 30. I found it unacceptable that I was expected to proceed with the purchase and shipment without being able to independently verify his medical history. I was genuinely excited to welcome this puppy into my home, but the repeated communication issues, conflicting vaccination information, and lack of veterinary documentation caused me to lose all confidence in the transaction. I ultimately requested cancellation and a refund of my deposit. However, as per his policy, deposits are non-refundable. This was not simply a case of changing my mind. I made repeated good-faith attempts to obtain basic veterinary documentation and accurate information before bringing a puppy home. My advice to prospective buyers: Do not rely solely on breeder-entered vaccination records or verbal assurances. Request official veterinary records, rabies documentation, and the veterinarian's contact information before making any non-refundable payment.* I sincerely hope other buyers have a better experience, but based on mine, I cannot recommend this breeder.
