One time I got a call the night before saying my appt was canceled, the next morning I got a call asking why I wasn't at my appointment. When I threw on some sweats and rushed to the doctor the front desk said that no one canceled my appointment, after I replayed the voicemail for them the head office manager said "oh well I didn't call". Each time I come here it's the same bs delays. Front office women gossiping behind a desk and not being helpful at all while the one or two assistants for the doctors run around and do all the actual work. The secretaries and office staff really ruin this place.
