Our walks were stressful, he ran the house and his barking was out of control After the first session with Kyle our walks are now enjoyable, the spot works great when I need him out from under my feet and Fred's all around behavior has changed for the better. I"ll stress that this training is the best thing you could do for you and your dog. If you're lucky you'll get Kyle as your trainer. He was great. Julie C.

Macy is a sweet Maltese pup but came with no training and believed that she was charge of us, our home, our courtyard, cars on our street, etc. Sam recommended Holli as the trainer to help us with little Macy. We are so pleased with the progress Macy has made and let us not forget Macy's handlers who are trained with Macy to be her guides for proper dog behavior, obedient in all situations and a wonderful support companion. It has been a lot of work for all of us but the best experience. Holli shows patience with Macy and us as we navigate the training session as a team with a focus on the goal for each training session. Holli is clear with her instructions, suggestions and feedback providing the best training environment needed to successfully complete the training programs. Thank you, Holli.

Left me hanging the first night scheduled of dog walking because of rain and then promised to walk…read morethe next morning at 8 am but never responded to my texts. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because she gave me a refund but was super unprofessional by not even giving me a response or apology when I wrote to her. I wouldn't recommend this service. Milagros: Reply to response, for Saturday's service I understand there was rain but when I asked you if you'd be able to do it later you never guaranteed that you would do it once it stops therefore my husband had to stay behind late until he could do it himself. Had you given me the confidence that she would've been walked at some point that night then he wouldn't have had to show up late to our event. As for the next day, I texted you after 8 am and the message said delivered. I did not receive any response from you and therefore we had to return home early to walk lulu. I never received any texts from you that day and if what you say is correct then you could've at least written back to me here on yelp to show that you at least tried contacting me. I was upset because after the whole situation I never even got a follow up response from you until now in this message. Anyways, I'm sorry it turned out this way but had we really been far and out of town in another state this could have been a much worse situation for someone trusting you with their loving pet.
