We had this discussion you left Happy. The wound was sutured closed in an appropriate manner that you feel that you were mistreated. We would've been happy to help if you would've come in with a nice attitude and we would've done our best to make sure the situation was dealt with. Instead, you and your mother felt That you should scream and you feel that if you scream the loudest it will get heard. Unfortunately, you ended up spending more money at another place which did nothing more than what we did initially. Our dogs have never had their teeth cleaned. One of them has very bad teeth and we were worried there would be complications. No problems at all! Maria was great with our dogs, patient and calming, even our more skiddish dog warmed up quickly. She explained her findings and recommendations afterwards regarding tartar, fractures, inflammation, and follow up care, and answered all our questions.
