Not sure what there is to complain about. Plenty of cardio machines (bikes, treadmills, stairmasters) and strength equipment. You'll want to bring your own towel and a padlock if you're going to shower / use the lockers. Not sure if deadlifting or Olympic lifting is allowed, but bench press and squat shouldn't be an issue. More of a laid back atmosphere than what you might find at a typical commercial chain gym, but I honestly prefer it to the "club" vibes at those types of places.

They are actively working on adding new equipment, just got an Arsenal pendulum squat machine. Front desk has been on top of everything as well, friendly and staffed until 8pm every day with 24 hour access for members. Hroup classes include jui jitsu, Zumba, yoga, and strength and conditioning. They also opened up a posing room for 360 degree view of your physique, adding lots of support for the local and visiting bodybuilders. Best personal training in the area! Ms. Faye is beyond remarkable with our child, and when we have to advance to the next class it will be a gloomy day. I got a phone call from them and I missed the call as I was on a business trip. I sent the voicemail and number to my wife and she returned the call first thing the next business less than 24 hours after the initial call. She was told they spot was no longer available. This frustrated me immensely. I made time and called them back. I spoke to Lays - The assistant director. I expressed the situation..I am on a business trip. You called me at 1000AM and my wife called back the next business day @ 7AM to pay and take the spot. She said Its our company policy to call down the list and not give an allotted amount of time (such as 24 hours to return the call). I said that will not due get me to your director. I spoke to Wendy - the director and she said that it the OWNER's policy to manage the business this way. I told her get me to the owner. She gave me another number to call. advised for her to give my number to the owner as well. I called the number provided and left a two messages with no return. Wendy and Lays also, more than likely, never passed on my number to the owner. The worst thing about this not only do they just go down their waitlist. If they call you and you don't answer (because your more than likely working) They actually remove you from the waitlist in total. We had to call to put her back on the list and there was 22 kids on the list. Thankfully, our number 1 option for a daycare called us as our spot became available. I dont recommend as the owner treats you as a number and teaches her employees to do the same.
