We are extremely happy with our pool! The service that we got from Puni Nani Pools & Spa was very professional. We were confident in their abilities, and they kept us clearly informed thru the entire design and build process. Sarah couldnt have made it any easier to assist us in design/ material options - which could have been daunting with anyone else. Their goal seems to be to make you feel at ease - they immediately answer questions and are very reassuring with how they explain the process. (try getting that with any other company) We also went with full tiled finish, and added a water feature: an overhead shower that is interchangeable from a fanned 'waterfall' to a more focused massage spout. I had a fabulous experience with Puni Nani Pools with constructing a new pool on my property. They were professional at every step of the process, communicative, kind, met my needs beyond expectations and everyone on their team was wonderful to work with. New to the island, I went into the showroom and inquired about budgeting for an inground 12x20 foot pool. I was told to wait and about five minutes later a woman came out from her office to tell me their minimum fee for any pool type or size was $70k. As a California resident for all my 50+ years and a custom pool owner for over 20 prior to moving to the island, I knew what to expect with regard to construction and care and had a pretty good idea of the cost which should have been about half of her minimum quote. My wife and I went to this place to check out the prices for a two person hot tub. When we walked in the lady was sitting behind the counter at her computer.....she never got up from her desk. The entire conversation lasted about 10 minutes. The pricing was outrageous and the customer service was terrible. It felt as though it was an inconvenience for us to have come into the store. If we get a spa it will be from somewhere else. read more

I called to see if they had PH up in stock & the lady on the phone said they had a couple different sizes & gave me prices. I went in to get it & the lady at the front was super cheerful, friendly & helpful. There were 2 women there & they were both really nice & made me feel welcome. I got what I needed & left. They will be my new pool chem suppliers. :) Nice environment! read more
