We were confident in their abilities, and they kept us clearly informed thru the entire design and build process. Sarah couldnt have made it any easier to assist us in design/ material options - which could have been daunting with anyone else. Their goal seems to be to make you feel at ease - they immediately answer questions and are very reassuring with how they explain the process. (try getting that with any other company) We also went with full tiled finish, and added a water feature: an overhead shower that is interchangeable from a fanned 'waterfall' to a more focused massage spout. The value is very good for getting a beautiful, professional, in-ground pool in Hawaii - With Puni Nani, you are getting an experienced, courteous, no nonsense team who is super to work with.

It was a 100% positive experience, which is saying a lot considering there was a considerable amount of work done for months on end. Our hand held shower head drop and caused a nick. I emailed them they came out to retouch it. We were using a bath mat because we have a 1.5year old now two using that bathroom. She said bath mats void the warranty. I attempted to shower without a bath mat after the drying period, I fell in the tub and bruised my leg and hip. If I was elderly I probably would have died. The bath mat has been down every since which we take up to wash the tub daily. No the suckers from the mat has pulled up sections and we are looking into reglazing now resurfacing. If you want to use a mat for safety this product is not for you but this company was great to work with, that's the reason for the 4 stars.

I seriously received the best service!!…read more Our water line from the floor to the toilet tank was bollaxed up by my "handyman" father 19 years ago. I needed to add a device to the toilet. Dad had "fixed" the connection and it was frozen in place to the point I wasn't strong enough to get the nut off. I had a water leak at the floor level I couldn't stop. I had to turn the water off at the curb. It was late Friday and I was at my wits end! I sent my request to him and he got back to me within 10-15 minutes! Wow, on the mainland I was used to waiting DAYS! He asked if I could take a picture of the problem so he could pick up the right replacement parts. Within 30 minutes I had an appointment for Saturday morning! My hometown has a description for that kind of thing, "Boy Howdy!" Ken met me early the next day, a Saturday mind you, and before noon he had replaced the water line, the parts inside the toilet, and even connected my device for me! I highly recommend Dakine Handyman for any repairs you need!! Boy Howdy!!!!
