I love Uniqlo clothing and enjoy exploring what new items and deals they offer. However at this…read morelocation, I didn't feel welcomed. Walked in, and instead of getting greeted, we were told by a lady that the store was going to be closing in 30 minutes but the fitting rooms are still open. Okay cool. She was nice about it so it was fine. Except right after she told us that on one side, a guy employee sees us, walks down the aisle, and straight up tells me and my boyfriend the same thing, except not as nice, with a "Just figure out what items you want." Ok. Haven't even walked through one aisle yet, but sure. I kid you not.. A few more moments of looking through an aisle, ANOTHER lady comes up to tell us the exact same thing, that they're close to closing. At that point, didn't feel welcomed anymore to just look around the store and instead a bit aggravated. So as we were now heading out and walking through the store the long way around, we were told again by another lady again that they were closing soon. At that point we just said, "Yupp we are heading out!" and after stepping out, we hear a Thank you. Like sheesh, it was really appalling how much staff really walked up to tell us they're closing soon (as if to kick you out) and it made the usual chill and nice Uniqlo experience bitter. Very unfortunate

What can I say?? Uniqlo has great quality and comfortable clothes for a reasonable price. They…read morecater to men, women and kids too. The staff is kind and helpful. I was able to purchase a very comfortable sweatshirt and sweatpants set. The cloth was nice and neat so it looked perfect for traveling.

Out of all the Westfield malls, Century City is among one of the most popular ones, although it's…read morevery frustrating at times whenever visiting here, especially during holiday and peak hours. Parking - One of the dealbreakers in my opinion. Especially during peak hours, it can feel like a maze here, you'll find that it's very easily to get lost here. Worse part is that parking is NOT FREE. However, there's parking validation but only specific stores. They don't tell you or list what stores give validation but even then, it's not for the whole duration and only for a specific time frame. A bit frustrating to deal with overall. However, there's plenty of good sides of the mall. The shops here are great, there's most of the stores that you'll find when it comes to luxury, and higher end shops. Ranges from Apple, Lucid, Tesla, Dyson, lululemon, Therabody, etc. The vibe here is very modern, lights up very nicely since it's a outdoor mall. It's very pretty here during the holidays, my wife and I came during Christmas to see all the holiday lights, Christmas Carols, and artificial snow, which turned out to our favorites. It was such a romantic and chill vibe, very cool to see this yearly. They often has collaboration events here such as these events, so be on the lookout for that. Food here is decent, over the years, they've added plenty of popular spots like Chick Fila, Shake Shack, but the staples here are most certainly Din Tai Fung, HaiDiLao Hot pot, Ramen Nagi, and plenty of other notable spots. I would say, they're all worthy to check out, just haven't had time to check them all out yet. Directory online and in person is very informative as well for the restaurants. Drinks wise, there's bars around the mall, but inside the mall, my go to here is Chagee Tea and Wushiland, both solid boba spots, Chagee of course is more trendy at the moment though. Very popular regardless. There's also Blue Bottle Coffee which I find very underrated. I absolutely love their Cascara Fizz, very much a soda like drink, definitely worth checking out as well.

Parking is validated up to 3 hours. Anything past 3 hours, they start charging an arm and a leg…read more($14 parking for dinner + movie AFTER validation). Customer service on the phone for the parking is rude and hung up on me before I finished my sentence. Place may look nice, but there are much better places to go.

I'm not talking about just this location in specific though but Cotton On overall. The Century City Mall branch happens to be the closest location and my to-go to store for most of the clothing. At least it was last year. I'm a really tall person and finding something comfortable that's long enough to fit my giraffe like legs and monster arms is usually quite a challenge. During a year of isolation, while staying at home my closet literally filled with tees, fleece and regular hoodies, as well as sweatpants from this store. I used to rave about their quality for the price. For $30-$40 I could get really good clothes that wasn't any worse than Abercrombie or other, higher fashion brands that cost more. This year Cotton On is cutting costs. First they started making fleece hoodies without any fleece, then took the quality down on most other products. This weekend I visited the store. I was very curious to see if they introduced any new styles. I used to spend here hundreds of dollars and some employees already knew me by name. This time I walked out of there without buying a single thing. Not even a T-shirt. They dropped quality on everything! This is now really a store for teenagers only who may not really care much about quality. Even then, I'm pretty sure modern youth, with a higher sense of entitlement will want to wear items of higher quality that sits and feels really good. So right now Cotton on has the worst quality hoodies on the market. When I left the store this weekend I ended up going to the first floor of the mall to Abercrombie and Finch, picked up two new hoodies that I was so happy were a real quality product. As successful as Cotton On became at some point , unless they bring the quality back up on their products they will start noticing drop in sales and suffer eventually. I'm out.
