I wanted to try something new but honestly was a little intimidated because I was heavy. Don't let that stop you! The coaches are FANTASTIC! They're very knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about their career. I'm currently doing semi private classes (2-4 ppl to a class) for strength training with bands and light weight. I also participate in CrossFit doing heavier weights to help increase muscle mass. If you're new to this, don't worry. The coaches make sure to have a scaled or modified version of the exercise for you. Also this is basically a one stop shop. In addition to being certified in sports training /CrossFit, the coaches are certified nutritionist, and sports massage therapist. I can't say enough how much my fitness has improved for the better. Lastly, we're one big happy family. We participate in outings, holiday gatherings, and more. Come join our family. We'd love to have you!

Also the restrooms smell like death all the time and as others have stated much of the equipment is in disrepair and not usable. It seems no one has the job to clean and maintain restrooms with visible stains of (^%$&) on the wall. Very happy to go elsewhere or reinvest our fee into home gym equipment.

The only thing I dont like is the classes they have available are set at the instructor's discretion. I signed up thinking I'd be able to take classes at one time based on a schedule issued by the owner, but because the teacher and the students already had their routine together, I was just out of luck. Other than that, its a great gym. Oh and no contract or auto draft..you can't beat that. Oh the parking is a little cramped.
