If you're looking into personal training, I highly recommend Chris Savoie. No workout is the same- he keeps it fresh and exciting without skipping out on the basics. Chris also does small group training and has a knack for matching up skill levels and personalities and making sure that each participant gets individualized attention even while in a group setting.

It never closes, even holidays which is good for me because i like to work out and I work weird hours at my job. The only negative thing I can say about it is that although it has plenty of excercise options and seperate cardio, free weights, machine, and zumba/turbo-kick class areas, it can get kind of crowded at times, typically Monday-Friday around 3:30pm-6:30pm. The weekends are usualy very slow so if u like working out on the weekends (like me), you will pretty much have the whole gym to yourself.
