They brought in an excavator and removed all the underbrush and small trees, took out a massive dead oak in the back that was a safety hazard, found 3 stumps and brought in a grinder for an extra fee, and left only one big healthy oak standing for shade. They leveled the terrain beautifully, hauled away every bit of debris, and left the lot mower-ready and looking fantastic. Communication was top-notch--quick replies, fair pricing, and they sent before/after photos and video so I could see the transformation from out of state. Evelyn was super nice and detail-oriented. I contacted him and said we couldn't move forward. He begged me to look at his google reviews and I did-better but these reviews were still scary. He provided me with the phone number of someone near me who had done business with him and suggested I call her. I did, she was very happy. We decided, nervously, to move forward for 3 reasons: price, availability, and when he came to do the estimate he happened to bring his family along. I am a teacher and spend the majority of my waking moments around kids. Tevel's girls were great! Polite, curious, well-mannered-they just seemed like good kids. It's rare that I meet good kids raised by bad people so I just couldn't believe only the bad reviews. Tevel continually kept me updated as to when he would be able to begin because he had a machine in the shop waiting on parts. The machine was worth the wait. We had a VERY difficult fencing job that required putting the posts very near large oak trees (ROOTS EVERYWHERE!!!). His machine handled it no problem! He had estimated 2 days, (which I thought was a bit optimistic), and it actually took 3. Tevel was on sight every day personally, and constantly kept me updated because I was at work. We had one hiccup with the gates I wanted but he quickly fixed it. The fence posts he used were better than what I could find myself and cheaper, the fencing was exactly what I wanted at a price cheaper than I could buy it, the gates were in slightly rougher shape than I expected,(little bits of surface rust), but as cheap or cheaper than I could find them and I didn't have to lift a finger. Tevel tried very hard to make us happy because he knew we were nervous. I am happy. I think we got a good deal on our fence, (he was about a $1000 less than 3 other companies), and I would use him again. The fence looks great, seems very strong, and was constructed exactly as we asked.

I made the appointment and then was contacted immediately by Carl when they were having mechanical issues (no control on their part). We had to move the appointment but all the time in question he kept contact with me regarding the situation. Carl knew I had time constraints. Carl and Rees arrived promptly and spent the day clearing and moving the debris. I now have firewood! It was a pleasure working with them both. The laughter was worth it all for sure.
