She was a nightmare and tried to make us buy a house we found out had a major issue, threatening us with contract trickery. She also didn't fight for the lower price we wanted to offer because it would earn her less commission as a buyer agent. Kelly treated us dishonestly and has a gang of other realtors and inspectors, etc that she engages to help her against her own clients - once you figure her out. And if you complain to her or decide you do not like the deal, she behaves very vendictively and has a temper. Do not trust her. Terrible!

Working with Carly Ballard was an extremely frustrating experience for my wife and her business…read morepartner. After they decided not to move forward with a property she offered, she only cared about her commission and collected on a property my wife and her business partner found. Fine, that's what's happens when you sign an agreement. But she didn't even care to look at the lease and never advised my wife and her friend properly. I wish I never recommended her. Never work with people you don't know, no matter how nice they sound on the phone. Now my wife and her business partner are stuck covering AC costs for 5 years because the realtor didn't do the most basic element of her job and mention this to them that it was something they should negotiate.
