Projects are Outsourced to India. You will talk to 14 different people before your project is done, if it gets done. They will constantly lie to you and try to up-sell services to you that you can do yourself, such as copyright and ISBNs. Did I mention the up-selling? Wanted me to purchase copies of MY OWN BOOK TO "Put them in Barnes and Noble for me". TERRIBLE EDITING. As the book was sent in sections I corrected over 200 errors myself. Yes I counted! Mostly what I needed them for was FORMATTING MY BOOK. I suspect that because I no longer trusted them and decided to create an Amazon kdp account myself rather than giving them my personal info, the final product which they sent me was not a 6 x 9 format like was promised (yes I have the receipts to prove it) but an 8.5 x 11. Who TF wants an 8.5 x 11 book?! They will not give me the 6x9 unless I pay an additional $350 for the second format, because I agreed to use one of my ISBNs for 8.5 x 11 WHILE I WAITED FOR THEM TO FIX IT. Currently being ghosted. I'll let you know what happens, if there are any updates. Currently trying to figure out how to reformat a book on a gogole chrome. Also, this process of getting frustrated took 8 MONTHS. I couldn't even use the book cover they sent, as it was also the wrong format. Save yourself some stress and find a young adult to help you use Amazon kdp.
