It's a weekly publication that is in print on Thursday's. I like the Journal because it extensively covers areas of local news that the larger Cincinnati newspapers only touch on. The Journal allows me to keep up with Lakota sports and has in-depth interviews with the high-school athletes...as most of them are younger siblings of people I know, I find these particularly interesting. My little brother has been featured in the Journal frequently for his baseball playing, and we have quite a few cut-out pictures of him in action thanks to the paper. The Pulse Journal's website is updated daily and features sports scores, news about school districts and local politics, and features "things to do" listings, which cover events and activities for local residents to enjoy.
